- Here are 5 chest exercises that helped me build my chest over time. Sometimes I do different variations but I stick to doing compound lifts, isolated lifts and unilateral lifts to get the most out of each muscle group. If you want to grow your chest be sure to keep tension on your muscles by using progressive overload and keeping proper form through each repetition. High pulling cable press is better than a fly for the lower pec in my experience if you can tolerate the additional tricep work

Good shape bro .Am 65 and still work not powerful like 30 yrs ago but i still do my bench with 275 4x6 i use to do 30 yrs ago 315 4x6 natural no juice never touch it

Josh is using all chest in his bench press. His legs are there for leverage to keep his balance on the bench.
You’re getting a lot of power in that bench press from your lower body. Every time you push that weight up its coming from your legs and your back
He’s actually using his lower body for Stability

Screw weights. Body weight workouts are the best without messing up ur joints and it builds active muscle not show muscle

Notice how your new superhero was benchpressing without his thumb secured around the weight pole . Don't be a copycat like this dude most likely he followed Mike Rashid because that's how he bench presses .That is sucidel the thumb is just like your car seat for that protection. Remember use in what you were born with meaning using all 5 fingers 👍it will prevent an accident or even worse a death .🤓🥊🕊
