That underhand dumbbell raise thing is for shoulders and not chest. UA-camrs started it and now I see kids doing it instead of tried and true compound exercises.
No offense those First few excersise do nothing at the very start. You’re already a big dude you aren’t building muscle doing those especially with dumbbells. Maybe good to fill up with blood at the end of a workout. Just my opinion no Offense you’re in great shape

I dont have cables at home and I don't go to a gym. I have dumbbells at home. What do u suggest or show to build incline chest Flys?
I think the dumbbells is just an alternative for when there's no cable flyes....
Is there a better way to do dumbell chest flys? I usually work out using my bench and dumbells at home.
