I m very strong my for my size but can't gain weight can u describe some meal for weight gain thank that cable and DB for upper chest is awesome followed it awesome exercise thanks.
You can do chest flys with dumbbells, its the same movement with no limitations. You only swing when the weight is too heavy. When you can control the weight you can squeeze at the top of the movement. I never feel dumbbell flys in my shoulders exclusively

That underhand dumbbell raise thing is for shoulders and not chest. UA-camrs started it and now I see kids doing it instead of tried and true compound exercises.

You should learn about different types of calf insertion.
Nothing new. Except misconceptions to viewers that they can achieve his sort of chest and his entire body built as natural. At the end of the day, in order for you to achieve that sort of muscles and build is nothing else except for PED.
