    That underhand dumbbell raise thing is for shoulders and not chest. UA-camrs started it and now I see kids doing it instead of tried and true compound exercises.

    First few excersise do nothing at the very start. You’re already a big dude you aren’t building muscle doing those especially with dumbbells. Maybe good to fill up with blood at the end of a workout. Just my opinion no
