      He’s natural. Has a video about it. Check out bodybuilders from the early 1900s. They look better than he does and they didn’t have tren or anything.

    You can do chest flys with dumbbells, its the same movement with no limitations. You only swing when the weight is too heavy. When you can control the weight you can squeeze at the top of the movement. I never feel dumbbell flys in my shoulders exclusively

    That underhand dumbbell raise thing is for shoulders and not chest. UA-camrs started it and now I see kids doing it instead of tried and true compound exercises.
