    To all the comments talking about steroids, he is still showing excellent form. Most people who actually workout, know they will not look like that.

      He didn’t even go down on every rep. I’m 220 lbs and do pull ups with 30 lbs of added weight and can only muster 4/5 reps all the way down to lock out. If I do them like this without a lock out could easily do 10-12 reps. The lock out and the bottom is the hardest part

    All the pull up methods are fine. Only when there's a predetermined method does that change. The pull down machine has an adjustable chair.

    🚨 Try This 🚨
    Single arm DB ROW
    1) Even Out your feet
    2) Stretch Across the body on the Eccentric as opposed to straight down
    3) Pull elbow to the wall behind instead of up to the sky.

      If you have an assisted pull up machine it will work as well. You definitely want to work on pulling you own bodyweight weight. Also the lat pulldown is a W

      Even if he is on Steroids they would only enhance his results. A lat pull down still builds the Back no matter who you are. He’s just showing exercises.
