THE PERFECT SHREDDED CHEST WORKOUT

- This chest workout is mixed with hypertrophy and volume repetitions to help give you a MASSIVE 3D CHEST.

I actually remember seeing this fella at the gym. I won’t give away the specific location in case he wants to maintain his privacy, but this is definitely the Gold’s Gym in Virginia that I use to work out at before moving. Good to see he’s still doing his thing.

Seeing so that a state, in general, is pretty large and there’s nearly 30 Gold’s Gyms in the state of Virginia, it would be pretty creeper-ish to try and narrow down the one he was in. I would still say I’m protecting his privacy. Lol

I was just talking with my 19yr old son about stereotyping people. People are so use to being around other who take roids, they begin to think EVERYONE is on roids!!!!im 45 years old and im still grinding everyday
I’ve never been interested in taking steroids because of the results I’ve gotten without taking anything. People taking steroids are so common now that it’s become the norm. It’s just that they won’t really admit it. If I was taking steroids I would tell people simply so that they don’t get false expectations. Happy to hear that you are still going 🙌🏾

Bigger weights to bulk up, lighter weights and more reps to tone and shape. Sorry this is coming 1 year after 😊
General rule of thumb is more weight results in more size, particularly with larger muscles like pectoral muscles, if I'm not mistaken
