So likely thing is the design was done and they just ran out of colors so chose one that they felt was passable enough for the ball. That or she just spray painted it

I like how Deoxys was originally only obtainable via Birth Island, especially considering the following: 1. Its pokedex states that it was originally a spaceborne virus that gained the form we see by adapting to being on Earth. 2. Birth Island was actually based on a triangular island that the United States took from Japan in World War 2, but officially gave back to Japan after the war and the island is now primarily used for weather tracking. If anyone is interested in looking it up, it is called Minamitorishima or is also known as Marcus Island.

If you're monotype fire and use burn up, you will become typeless until switching out. If you're fire+flying and use burn up and then roost, you become typeless for the rest of the turn on each turn roost is used
If you could get Arceus to use Burn Up as a Fire type, it would become typeless. I'm not sure typeless and ??? are the same thing though. Plus, I don't think Arceus learns Burn Up or any copying moves. You'd probably have to hack it to do that, and you might as well just hack in a typeless Arceus at that point.
The typeless type works as there is a fire attack that makes them discard their fire type. It's used in Shedinja super guard, to ability swap, in teams. Arcanine and Typlosion mostly.
The move is Burn Up, a 130 BP Fire move that fails if the user isn't a Fire type. Arcanine would semi-often use it to become typeless in Gen 7 VGC. No, the multitype ability causes Arceus to change forms by holding a certain plate. Color change will simply change Arceus' type the same goes for protean, libero, and moves like conversion
You know, you might be the best person to answer this. Why are Rayquaza and Deoxys fighting over Alola? In the episode in the Sun and Moon anime series where Kartana the ultra beast was introduced, these two legendaries knock a rock out of the Stuffle constellation.
Maybe you can just custom paint pokeballs. Just because the materials used to make them are a certain color doesn't mean painting them somehow would be impossible.
I remember when I was tryna fullfill the dex on my Diamond game like 10 years ago to get the natdex, I couldnt find which pokémon I was missing(It was just 1) and u guess what? It was literally lumineon 🤣

I always thought that Glacia just had her pokemon in gold pokeballs because he is just that rich, she certainly looks like an aristocrat
4:30 ALL of the Pokémon owned by the evil team leaders are in masterballs
oh wow i don't play pokemon TCG but i found one card on the ground one day and has a star (its a dracozolt VMAX) i picked it up because i never knew this type of cards was a thing and now it seem is rare =P

THAT'S MY PURSE I DON'T KNOW YOU
Woah! How did you know I didn't know these facts?
could’ve sworn bruno was stood up in lets go
I wonder, if someone used skill swap to get Arceus to have the ability Color Change, would Arceus’s sprite change mid battle?
No, the multitype ability causes Arceus to change forms by holding a certain plate. Color change will simply change Arceus' type the same goes for protean, libero, and moves like conversion
You cannot get rid of multi type with any moves
Neat analysis video! Thanks for uploading!
Cyrus’ masterballs are because of Giovanni winning against Red in Kanto. He took over Silph Co. and started mass producing Masterballs and handed them out to the fellow team bosses.
02:06 - 47.5 feet (14.5 meters) can't actually be Wailord's "height" (as in, the top of its head while it's lying flat on the ground), it has to mean actually Length (from the front of face to the tip of the tail).
In let’s go pikachu after u beat Bruno you see him standing up
1:56 Isn't there a quiz in one of the games where you are asked about dragonite's height?
Caught a shiny alpha zubair I had no idea was alpha till I checked hours later
I think the tipeless sprite is to prevent a error. Like, yeah, is simposible to got a??? Tablet, and arceus can't destroy the tablet mid battle, and even if he can, I should transform to normal.... But what if? If no sprite is assigned to??? And somehow arcruse become??? The game will crash, or worse, could corrup the data.
Crwating the sprite should use almost no memory and is a fail-safe
arceus can be typeless if you give it copycat incinerate with the fire plate
I love your videos its been like 5 days since i started watching your videos
Wilkstrom stole Glacia's "Yellow Ball". For shame.
The ball kinda looks like a safari ball maybe?
The GS ball thing is just a pallet limitation.
That’s the most likely reason for it but whenever I mention it people use mental gymnastics to say it’s the GS ball or something
@@PaPaSea Yeah, that's fair.
I love these fact videos! I used to be obsessed with pokemon and every video is new facts to me! Keep up the good work!
the Arceus sprites are just pallet swaps. it's likely the code uses the pallet of the icon for the type.
Im a huge pokemon fan and this was soon cool stuff.
Wikstrom could very well be holding a Pal Park Ball, but that doesn't explain Glacia's, because the Pal Park is from DPPt
maybe, but even that doesnt make much sense for him to have
@@PaPaSea unless we started to get really off-base with theories about the generation with the least-definite lore xD Your point about design choice seems the most reasonable
i honestly think that if unown didnt exist we wouldnt have had the dex it issue in gen8
4:24 But don't all the leaders have Master Balls?
