30 minutes Intense Kettlebell HIIT Workout | Strength & Cardio HIIT Workout

  • 30 minutes Intense Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Strength & Cardio HIIT Workout
    This kettlebell workout is a full body HIIT workout. We will have 2 blocks of exercises, each block contains 6 movements, each movement for 40 seconds and we will have 20 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block for 2 rounds in a row.
    As a finisher, we will add an Afterburner to the workout. 4x exercises for 3x rounds. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and we have 15 seconds rest in between.
    For this full body kettlebell workout, you will need a single kettlebell.
    Please find below the script of today's Full Body Kettlebell HIIT workout:
    BLOCK 01
    1. KETTLEBELL HIKES
    2. 4x PLANK JACK TO 4x MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
    3. REVERSE LUNGE OVERHEAD PRESS
    4. HAND WALK TO DONKEY KICK & JUMP
    5. STAGGERED SWING
    6. ALTERNATING JACK KNIFE
    BLOCK 02
    1. 2x DEADLIFT & HALF BURPEE
    2. PUSH UP LAUNCHER
    3. 2x UPRIGHT ROW & JUMP SQUAT
    4. HIGH PLANK SPIDER & TUCK
    5. JUMPING LUNGE & ROW
    6. RUSSIAN TWIST
    AFTERBURNER
    1. DEADLIFT JUMP 2x PUSH UP
    2. PULLOVER CRUNCH
    3. HALF BURPEE TO REVERSE LUNGE

    Hi Daniel, with kb do this w.o.:
    100 swing (50 arm left+50 arm right)
    100 clean and press (50 arm left+50 arm right)
    100 snatch (50+50)
    Rest 3 min.
    Repeat x 4
    Total 1200 repetions to have muscle density with GH production 💪💪💪

    Yes indeed, this is without a doubt an INTENSE TORTURE HIIT WORKOUT. I did my absolute best tried to complete it, could not get through the afterburner, I tried my best. Really good quick calorie burner. Thanks Daniel.

    Great workout, as always! 1 request though; at the beginning of the workout can you tell us what weight you will be using? It's a great reference point when you do. Loving the quality and quantity on your UA-cam page and its motivating when I get the alert that you posted a new one

    Mate, you are really getting tough on us here... this was one of the best I ever tried. I hope you are signing up for copyright and acquire patents for the some of the unique moves you create; an example to this would be those staggering swings! We will call it "Daniel's Swings" from now on, right?! Anyway, super workout! And the afterburner! Missed that for a while... But come on, 35 seconds on each Afterburner exercise - are you serious? This nearly killed me. I hope no one has passed out during your workouts yet. Keep it up mate, really appreciate your programs.

      depends on your fitness level, average I would say 3-4x week but if you can you can workout everyday.

      Depends, for the HIIT workouts I think around 20kg - for strength around 24kg; but I will keep my 12kg for now as I use them in such a diverse way that for now 12kg are a good average for all the videos that I do...
