I only have a 50# and a super awkward 80#. So I only used the 50 and did Around The World instead of setting the bell down except for the push-ups. I changed the jump squats to goblet. Made it 18 mins in before I had to set the bell down lol… good workout!!!

I’ll throw my comment hat into the ring here…at 53 years old I considered passing on this one but ultimately couldn’t help myself…I only had a 24kg KB and…well…let’s just say I suffered all the way through…the last set…clusters and burpees!!? What the heck…I bit of a big chunk and had to chew it…great workout but not for the faint of heart…I might try and do this one again this week…🥺😁

Mike, I use this workout after a deload week to test myself and gauge my fitness level before I get back to longer workouts. This is the 3rd time I’ve done it and I used the same weights as you for the first time. 😀 Killer 🔪!! Now to have a rest day tomorrow and get back to it. ✌️
