    This is my go-to kettlebell routine at home and on the road. I make sure any hotel I stay at has kettlebells so i can get this workout in. This has improved my conditioning greatly. #PoolOfSweat #kettlebell #kettlebellworkout

    I only have a 50# and a super awkward 80#. So I only used the 50 and did Around The World instead of setting the bell down except for the push-ups. I changed the jump squats to goblet. Made it 18 mins in before I had to set the bell down lol… good workout!!!

    Brutal. Just used my solo bell, 20kg but extended 2nd and 3rd round reps. Buggered.

    Blimey! Out on the patio again with the 14, 16 and 20. I am DRIPPING. Mrs is doing some gardening so I think she appreciated the show 😅
    Haven't pressed my 20 since a shoulder injury earlier this year but managed it for this workout. Confidence boost for sure!

    I’ll throw my comment hat into the ring here…at 53 years old I considered passing on this one but ultimately couldn’t help myself…I only had a 24kg KB and…well…let’s just say I suffered all the way through…the last set…clusters and burpees!!? What the heck…I bit of a big chunk and had to chew it…great workout but not for the faint of heart…I might try and do this one again this week…🥺😁

    Mike, I use this workout after a deload week to test myself and gauge my fitness level before I get back to longer workouts. This is the 3rd time I’ve done it and I used the same weights as you for the first time. 😀 Killer 🔪!! Now to have a rest day tomorrow and get back to it. ✌️
