  • In this Kettlebell Full Body HIIT workout we will have 12x Giant Sets and each Giant Set Contains 3x Movements. We will perform each movement for 35 seconds long and we try to do as many repetitions as possible. After each movement there will be a 15 seconds rest and between each giant set there will be a 20 second rest.
    In this workout I will be using the kettlebells:
    1. 12kg Blue color on the right
    2. 16kg Yellow color in the middle
    3. 20kg Purple color on the left
    Intensity Recommendation:
    Advanced: 1x Rounds
    Die Hard: 2x Rounds

    I absolutely love the variety of your workouts and how they challenge the whole body and improve our fitness in so many athletic functional ways ! More agility , more balance , more cardio and strength and flexibility mobility !!! So much better than your typical gym workouts that are more useless and one dimensional!

      Thnx a lot! Those typical gym workouts “ exercises “ especially the compound ones are crucial for a decent and solid foundation in my opinion, they might look and feel boring but I would say at least 3x week a solid strength routine

I spent years doing those types of workouts Daniel and they helped me gain some muscle and strength as a “base “ for sure - I really love the kettlebell HIIT workouts on your channel and have been doing them now about 5 days a week for the last 3-4 Months ! Along with a better diet , I largely credit your workouts and guidance especially your well made video editing and follow along style ! What is a brief summary of your nutrition you follow usually ?     What a great way to start my week!!! A wonderful combination of compound movements,unilateral work and exolosive movements. Kept the entire body in motion. Got the blood pumping. Loved this workout. Great job as usual Daniel. Really been enjoying this program.
