The commentary from Brian and Jax really put the whole thing at the end into context.
Amber had been dodging the depo for months, everyone else was done weeks prior bur she kept making excuses and ignoring court orders. One she was in England but seen in the US, another she was on the East Coast but seen in LA, the one the week prior she was late, then was asked multiple times by Laura to begin but she refused. She was having a full on tantrum by all accounts, the offices are glass fronted so JD's team could see her pacing, crying, shouting, laughing on the phone, her Lawers trying to reason with her. I would speculate she only did that to pave the way for her "PTSD" Claim and try "it's just to hard for me to talk about your honour"- unless it's to the press. Also, she alerted the press every time, so that's why there was paparazzi outside!
Then with the stipulations, because she had dodged the depos for so long, it was only done 4 days prior to the actual court date, meaning having the transcript typed up, sent to both parties, read, corrected, sent back for checking and approval (if that's done) and then both parties prepared for the actual day in court, would, I should imagine, be very difficult. Thts assuming JD didn't motion for more time after this fiasco, and accounting for her dodging that again for months. So accusing JDs lawyers of wasting time really is a joke.
In the end it didn't matter, as soon as the divorce settlement was reached AH dropped the DVRO. That was granted or however its termed "with prejudice" so she can never file against JD with these accusations again. She filed for divorce, sent an extortion letter demanding 3 penthouses and for JD to continue paying all amenities, a range rover, $50k a month, legal fees, and some other things, demanded he agree to the terms giving a deadline of only a dew days later. If he didnt agree she would publicly make these allegations on that day. All that was just the pre settlement things she wanted, she still intended to get a settlement after.
That deadline was 27th of May, coincidently im sure 🤔, the same day she arrived at court with a "bruise" and applied for a TRO. What gets me is that she honestly believes she can gaslight the world into believing "she wanted nothing" even with all this out there for people to see. She really is a nasty piece of work!

Clapping for you! Thank you for putting this into more context. I wrote a super long comment myself pointing out the obvious. All Amber supporters are also abusive monsters. They are relating to her and they need to protect her kind. They haven’t watched the trial because they want to be in denial. They are all cocky narcissistic assholes just like Amber. An abuser would never go into a relationship with that kind of person. I can’t imagine Amber ever allowing herself to be controlled. She is the leader and controller of everyone around her. I was just explaining because it was a strange line of questioning and Peter was trying to hypothesize why they were asking these things. If you go to Incredibly Averages version and watch them talking after the depo footage they explain there was an incident. I don’t know their source though, I can’t remember how they heard about it. Peter also picked up that she probably used her lawyers as an excuse for showing up at the wrong time or something like that which was a lie and they had to try and shut it down to protect her. Another example is when Amber lied about why she didn’t have her phone after the break when she agreed to go get it for them. Her lawyer finally just said “look, we’re not giving you her phone” because it was sounding implausible and she was just bs’ing, the truth was they were not going to comply and the lawyer got impatient and admitted it. THANK YOU AGAIN PETER. I know this case is over and there are lot more, but this is becoming kind of like a phenomenon and your input and logic and legal background and reaction are the only way I can watch them. I already went deep into a law tube when this case started, but I stayed on just few channels all the time now, yours's being one of my constant, regardless of the case, meaning not just DV case because of my experience. So if you are willing and have time I sure will find too, even after a long day at work, I make my self comfortable and watch you talk about the cases or other topics for non-formal education and fun as well. I leave comments on almost every video of yours, so I'm not going to discuss and go on about this on this video, I'm going to look like a stalker. :) But you do have an impact, if that means something, to brush on some previous knowledge and also found another way of how to reorganize my interests in free time in learning new things. So again, thank you for that and wish all the best to your family. P.S. I couldn't comment on the chat, I was flabbergasted to this part and wanted to hear and not miss anything, so I'm leaving the comment few minutes after my comment on the chat remind me that the live stream is already over. Until next time, stay well.

So when you have information he is putting out there and then Peter's legal explanation and reaction, I feel like you have a clear sense of what, when and how it all started and went down. The questioning of Amber at the very end about the depo that had been scheduled for the day before, was because she not only showed up 1 hour & 50 mns late, but also through a fit in the waiting room with crying & yelling & refused to go into the depo room! The room she was in was glass & Depp lawyers saw Amber's team trying to talk to her & getting no where that entire day!! Jax's tells about it & Brian reads/shows an article telling what happened, if you watch them after todays depo ends. Then the fact Amber & her team didn't want to answer any questions & ended suddenly all makes sence.
