    My husband and I live in military housing so I do understand throwing big trash away on base (big dumpsters and won't be charged/get in trouble) BUT we would never take a normal load of trash. He used the word "cut thru the base" like it was a quicker route but then was using it to throw out trash? No one cuts thru a base. There are gate guards, low speed limits, and SF checking speed so no one speeds. There's no cutting thru, it's the slowest route you could ever take. He knew what he was doing taking it there.

      When he said that I had to rewind to make sure I heard it right.. you can’t just cut through a military base, he’s former military too he knows better .. I used to live near Ft Campbell getting on base isn’t a quick thing at all , and I’m also wondering if / where is the camera footage, there’s gotta be cameras all over that base . • @MamaPinks
      @MamaPinks Місяць тому +55

      1. There ARE internal injuries.
      2. His VISIBLE injuries are NOT consistent with a 25 mph rear-end accident.
      3. I've seen the autopsy photos, and they are absolutely not consistent with being backed into.
      4. The type of tail light plastic materials do NOT "shatter" so finding "several pieces" is not consistent with the specialists for that type of plastic.
      5. He was 100% attacked by a dog as well as being severely beaten.
      6. There was hardly ANY blood at the scene where his body was found.
      7. The fact that NO ONE saw him out there meant was still in the basement at that time. A basement that was finished after the fact.
      8. There's so much more that I can't even bring them all to words right now.
      The state is reaching and throwing pasta at the wall, to see what will stick!
      This case has been insane!

      @@MamaPinks you’ve got it definitely something fishy here. That tail light had a piece of metal pulled away from it. I believe he was beaten by somebody nobody was checked for injuries. @@MamaPinks Thank you! The shattering of the tail light and the prosecution really pushing the narrative that a human body can do that to a tail light - especially of a newer vehicle - is so infuriating. The interesting thing about these rumors that Proctor isn’t going to testify is - during a PTC, the defense was giving an oral argument I believe pertaining to the third party culpability. The judge asked a question about how the defense would be able to prove what they were saying and they said through Trooper Proctor himself and judge Bev said “what if the CW doesn’t call trooper proctor?” Which is a ridiculous question because he is the lead investigator, who wouldn’t call the lead investigator???? Yanetti said “then we’ll call trooper proctor”. His name is on both witness lists, so if the CW doesn’t call him, the defense will.

EVERY time i get done doing something on my phone whether its talking texting looking at something on the internet, i hit my power button to make my screen go to sleep. The only way to then do anything on the phone after that is to hit the power button, swipe up and do my security pattern to wake the phone back up in order to use it. So there is no way that my butt is going to be able to do all of those steps and then on top of that dial someone's phone number. Don't most people have either a passcode security pattern fingerprint or eye scanner to unlock their phone? I don't know anyone who is able to just pick their phone up and its ready to use without any sort of movement to wake the phone up.

    • @kandeekane1
      @kandeekane1 Місяць тому

      Photos aren't saved on your sim card. That would be the SD card. The sim card is what is tied to your phone number and to the phone company you get service through. If you have service through Verizon then you have to have a Verizon sim card. Thats what they are talking about when phone companies ask you to switch providers and keep your existing phone and phone number. You just purchase a byop card (bring your own phone) and put it into your existing phone and have your phone number ported over to the new service provider. When you buy a new phone (upgrade) it comes with its own sim card. You usually just enter the phones imei number something similar to a serial number and it transfers your number over to the new phone.

Sir, the one thing he does remember doesn't exist!?!? And his explanation of why he may have not noticed any additional injuries - before or AFTER life saving measures you would have noticed other major injuries even if they weren't a focus.

I’m guessing y’all weren’t illegally destroying evidence that you were involved in a murder so of course you weren’t noticeable. Your anecdotal experiences on Military bases don’t disprove that if you are noticeably being a weirdo like I’m sure BH was, it has a higher likelihood of being noticed on base than off base since you’re surrounded by people trained to be alert to potentially dangerous shit. It’s a complete straw man to make it seem like I’m saying there is an MP sitting and watching every garbage can on base. ??? There are a lot of laws on the books that are largely ignored until you give people a reason not to. Did none of you hear about Taylor Rose Williams? Maybe he is worried he'll appear as if his notes aren't through & complete - either way it was strange and awkward the way he avoided questions. He walked himself into a corner and had to answer straightforwardly which made it appear like he was trying to hide the answer originally, which just isn't a good look. I want to know if Higgins was on a case would he EVER treat evidence like this??? No way!!!!
    This is so disturbing!! It makes me disgusted that this behavior, lying and deceit is happening by police officer, federal agents, etc!

      Agreed, he’s purposely trying to distance himself & only extrapolated the few messages with Karen Read. Coincidence, I think not. He should be in prison for what he did in obstructing this investigation. As an ATF agent who handles this exact situation with taking phones & downloading the contents, he knew exactly what he was doing. It’s that or he’s a complete idiot!!

      Why on earth would Higgins stay at the police station for HOURS on end, moving back and forth from area to area, calling and receiving calls nonstop, coordinating efforts with police chief, if he wasn’t the eyes and ears, and literally “hands on” man for the whole bunch?! Who just stays at a police station when it’s their day off and he has “nothing” to do with the case?? Oh, and let’s not forget that the camera footage for Karen’s SUV mysteriously went missing. Higgins is up to his eyeballs in this.

      What you guys are saying about Higgins and his phone is mostly not true. He lied about nothing. Just because you don’t believe him doesn’t mean he is lying.

    33:48 - I not only want to know how the A's didn't hear anything and go out but I also want to know why none of the surrounding neighbours came out. I've heard many officers live across or a few houses away... Or up the street. Why did none of them come out when he was found (and all the commotion was happening), at the very least??? So weird that the neighborhood remained quiet so to speak. Where I live, one small noise and everyone is looking out their window or steps outside.to see what's happening.
