      yeeeees. more back and upper body workouts on this channel would be great. the calendar only has four and one is bodyweight ....... but as mentioned, they're probably not the most popular among many viewers.

      Hi if you want this kind of split i recomand caroline girvan videos, she has only split, i find it so boring, always the same thing, i prefer kay kay, its intense and effective. We lose fat and build muscle. At the same time.

    Mega workout 🏋️‍♀️ ❤ wenn man beim Training mehr schwitzt als in der Sauna.
    Nach über einem Jahr Training mit dir und das was es mit mir gemacht…das Gefühl stolz auf mich zu sein und mich und meinen Körper wieder zu lieben!! Kann ich dir nur sagen ❤ ich kann mir mein Leben ohne dich nicht mehr vorstellen 🫶 unendlich dankbar 🥹 für das was du machst 😘

    Holy moly, I don't particularly like leg and butt workouts, but this one was definitely a different act. It was incredibly fun and very challenging. Great exercise selection. Loved it. Thank you Queen Kay💪💕

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    This was just awesomely brutal. I loved every minute. I burned 648 calories using 20 and 25pd weight. I should have gone heavier. Great transitions with all your routines.

    So now i wonder if i could ask for additional day off at work tomorrow telling that i cannot come because my legs don’t work? 😂😂😂🤔 The burn was real and i think that i cannot be not sore tomorrow after this amazing workout 🥰🤩😍 How do you do that magic with the mood? At first i kept thinking that i could do it(don’t know why as I’m working out regularly 🤷‍♀️), but at the second half i was proud and motivated! 🤩 And soo happy now, feeling the muscles, feeling the body enjoying that activity 🥰 Thank you! ❤ Love working out with you! 🌟

    It was my most difficult workout in a while omg. My legs were burning and I was so out of breath. Some exercises were really challenging and yes I am talking about those Copenhagen hip holds omg. I also use my most heavier weights for this workout I am pretty proud and feel strong. Thank you so so so much KayKay !!!

    Omg....that is the absolute hardest leg routine I have ever done but I did it so I feel like a badass! Used 30# for everything except lunge twists and swing to squat...used 20# for that. Could ha e went heavier with the swing squat but the husband was home and it was bad enough him waiting for me to sling the 20 out of my hand 😆. Really liked that combination move! Gonna be feeling this one tomorrow for sure. Thank you for this and I hope you are healing well!
