Amazing workout! Such a great challenge. I used 25 & 35 lbs for the duration. ❤❤ loved the combination of weights and body weight. I did single leg calf raises, so that increased the burn. 2 days later and I am still sore.

Booster rein und direkt ins Gym 💪🏻 Geräte hatte ich keine Lust und ich habe mich auf dieses Workout 🏋️♀️ schon mega gefreut 🤘🏻 Ich finde deine Videos von werden immer anspruchsvoller oder aber es liegt daran weil man sich selbst Challenged und immer mehr Gewicht nehmen will und teils auch kann 🤝💪🏻🔥😂 vielleicht auch eher das zweite 😂🎉 auf jedenfall war es einfach mega gut 👍🏻 ich habe sogar teils 10kg nehmen können ansonsten 9kg und liebe es mich zu fordern danke dafür ❤❤❤❤ immer wieder danke ❤❤❤
