I think this might be my absolute favourite leg/butt workout on UA-cam. I switched between 10lb and 15lb dumbbells. This was such a challenge. Thank you! :)

Powerful start to the camp and I’m really glad I workout after my work day coz I can’t move from the floor at the moment, thanks Kay 💪🏾🏋🏾♂️ Edit: This happened to be a terrible time for this challenge or maybe the best time for it; after almost completing week one powerfully I got really sick with Malaria and a bacterial infection and then woke up to find out that my only remaining grandpa passed away in his sleep, I’ve been so down for a whole week, not eating, crying, on medication and not working out at all. So I got myself up today went to work for the first day in a few and stopped by the gym to restart this challenge. I hope whoever is going through a challenge can remember to take a break but also come back to it for you need to love yourself still. Thanks Kay and I hope I can finish strong. PS this was so hard now since I haven’t been working out and I had to dropset to lighter weights.

Excuse me but what?? :D I'd say I have a lot of lower body strength from biking and kick boxing and usually I finish youtube workouts quite breezily no matter how intense they claim to be. This is my first workout from you so I had no idea what I was getting into. I used 5 pound dumbbells and couldn't finish everything, had to also heavily modify in the end :D love it, will be coming back.
