    Team Everydaywarrior,
    Let's kick off this "Last Minute Summer Camp" with an Intense 40 Min Legs and Glutes Workout with Weights.
    Attention: This is actually our FIRST Lower Body Workout where I use lighter weights. I was using 2x 5 kg for this one - it's more about the reps and I am telling you it really burns. 🥵😍🔥
    So grap some lighter weights this time, and focus on your reps.
    As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
    There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.

    "Don't get fooled by the 5 kg weights" - Gut, dass ich nicht auf mein Ego, sondern auf dich, Kathrin, gehört habe. Dieses Workout hatte es in sich. Ich meine Squat pulses jump mit Gewichten - wer macht denn sowas? Du! Meine Beine und der Po brennen. Das war ein super Einstieg ins "Last Minute Summer Camp".     I think this might be my absolute favourite leg/butt workout on UA-cam. I switched between 10lb and 15lb dumbbells. This was such a challenge. Thank you! :)

    💥💥💥 I made it my own and added a resistance band on the glute workout and switched between lighter and heavier weights. Yes an intense workout 🦵🏾💥🦵🏾💥 Thank you!

    Schluss mit Lustig , dass werden anspruchsvolle, anstrengende effektive drei Wochen auf die ich mich freue.👍🏼
    Wenn Du liebe Kathrin meinst, wenige Gewichte dann sollte man sich daran halten, denn je nach Übung können 50 Sekunden sehr lang sein, auch mit 5 kg 🙈, wie gut dass ich nicht mehr genommen habe, aber ich dachte mir heute ist der erste Tag , wer weiß was noch alles kommt

    Meine Beine sind komplett zerstört! 🔥🥳👌💪 Ich liege auf meiner Matte und bin einfach nur happy! Was ein krasses Workout!! Nach 10 Minuten hab ich schon gedacht, dass überlebe ich nicht 😂 so liebe ich das! ❤️😅

    Powerful start to the camp and I’m really glad I workout after my work day coz I can’t move from the floor at the moment, thanks Kay 💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️
    Edit: This happened to be a terrible time for this challenge or maybe the best time for it; after almost completing week one powerfully I got really sick with Malaria and a bacterial infection and then woke up to find out that my only remaining grandpa passed away in his sleep, I’ve been so down for a whole week, not eating, crying, on medication and not working out at all. So I got myself up today went to work for the first day in a few and stopped by the gym to restart this challenge. I hope whoever is going through a challenge can remember to take a break but also come back to it for you need to love yourself still. Thanks Kay and I hope I can finish strong. PS this was so hard now since I haven’t been working out and I had to dropset to lighter weights.

    Indeed intense. I used a variety of Dumbbells, from 2x5kg, 2x9kg and 2x12.5kg depending on the workout. I got a great burn here. Thanks, KayKay. ❤❤

    Excuse me but what?? :D I'd say I have a lot of lower body strength from biking and kick boxing and usually I finish youtube workouts quite breezily no matter how intense they claim to be. This is my first workout from you so I had no idea what I was getting into. I used 5 pound dumbbells and couldn't finish everything, had to also heavily modify in the end :D love it, will be coming back.

    Hammer workout. Ich habe es gemacht und fühle mich fantastisch. Bin zwar echt erledigt , aber ich fühl mich dennoch stark.
    Irgendwie finde ich es beruhigend zu sehen, dass die Übungen auch dich fordern, das motiviert mich dran zu bleiben.
    Mach auf jeden Fall weiter so. Ich habe jetzt beschlossen die nächsten 21 Tage das Sommer Bootcamp von dir zu machen und werde es auch durchziehen. Danke für deine Videos 🤩🥰 ich Feier dich so sehr
