That's what happens when peoples' minds refuse to use common sense and compassion. It also seems to be irrelevant that Karen chose to walk into a relationship with a man with children, which she knew she didn't want. That move alone made him a victim.... especially telling another man " you're hot"....she never had children which is a blessing since it's such a burden to be a mature responsible person concerned about the welfare of two kids while drinking and fighting on a regular basis. She should have never entered back into his life. He may still be here continuing to father those kids.

I only found out yesterday, that the Judge was asked to recuse herself by the Defence owing to her personal knowledge of many of the persons involved in this case. And she refused! How does that work? Was the reason not valid for the Defence/s Request? Was her reason to stay on the case, more valid? If a judge can refuse, what is the actual point of being able to ask? Its like a show.

Based on this, you can murder someone (not saying the Alberts did it) and leave their body on your lawn because a dead body on a lawn does not constitute probable cause for a search because it creates a perfect grey area situation. You wont even get a knock for questioning under reasonable suspicion.
Even if that person was confirmed to be heading into that house (which the officers knew on arrival as confirmed by Gallagher and Lank). This case is setting a dangerous precedent for police procedure being ignored and people genuinely think its okay and are ready to send a woman to prison for murder over it.

There are 3 key but simple points that should have been raised even before this trial:- 1. Did they in fact have contact with any Realtor to sell their home, prior to this death? 2. What efforts have been made to access/hide the dog in question? 3. Was there any underlying motive for any person present that night to want to hurt John to the point of a brutal fight breaking out to cause death? Without these 3 answers, everything else seems to be a walk in the dark!

@@meganmoorevazquezI agree & have felt the same. Also all of the witnesses testified that Karen told others on scene & before he was pronounced dead, that “John was dead”. If she in fact said this, she sure as hell wouldnt be asking anyone to google “how long to die in the cold”. Karen also would never ask this question if she in fact killed him. Not that I believe Karen killed John bcz I dont, but I hope the jury caught this contradiction. They cannot have their cake & eat it too. Meaning it cant go both ways. Its all bull crap! As i fallow this case i notice witnesses dont remember much at all. Didn't even remember what they said the day before which makes me wonder how can their statements be credible. I do know over time memory can change, trauma can mess with your memory but to testify and say i dont really remember the next day . 🤔
The judge is annoyed being there, its a inconvenience for her to do her job, thats the vibe she is putting off. Having that vibe makes you wonder if this is going to be a fair trial.
I know when you would deep breathe and or sigh the way the judge has even in a basic customer service job the boss would want to slap you on the back of the head, tell you get it together or go down the road some place else. So with a higher up job your suppose to set a example in that court room.
Oh and another thing... Isnt the witness supposed to say a clear YES or NO ? Not ya, yup , or sure ??
My grandmother and her dads side was from Massachusetts . Still have family there 😊 so I picked up the Massachusetts accent from her . Im over here motha focka every time im annoyed with this case lol

This case should make every American shook to their core. Karen literally doesn’t even need to speak. The ACTIONS of these “witnesses” tells everything we need to know. The fact this even made it to a trial is MIND BLOWING whenever it is so clear what happened. John had bite marks on his body, their dog has a history of biting humans and being aggressive. They randomly immediately replace the floors in the basement, they rehome the dog, they sell the house. How is this only visible to us? And this judge…Jesus Christ. You can literally hear her sighing whenever the defense asks anything, and I have NEVER once in my life seen a judge sustain so many questions that are VITAL questions that need to be answered. It’s like as soon as the defense is on fire and proving these people to be liars, she shuts it down. Cutting off cross examination in the middle of questions to release for the day…Never seen anything like it. I pray she is disbarred. She is completely incapable of not showing prejudice.
