Great video but how do you get them to agree for enough time to show 3 properties? Seems like you would need 2 hours at least. Then they would have to agree to that prior so you can set the appointments. Please explain.
What if the listing presentation / meeting is the very first time seeing the home in person? How can we properly present a strong (3. Pricing strategy), if we've never seen the home in person? I've been on lots of appointments where the seller failed to mention some major things that could effect the value/price. That's where it gets difficult. Should we ask more questions before taking the meeting?
Great video . I have question. How I’m going to introduce my self as new agent with no experience? If they ask how many houses I sold in last 6 months? What’s my Awnser? How iam going to convence the prospect that I’m different? Please Help
I would lean on the experience of my brokerage and or team. “Our company has sold over blah blah blah homes this year alone” If they persist on YOUR numbers. Be truthful, “None but that only means you’ll be my number one priority and I’ll be doing everything to make sure you can brag about me to friends so i can tell them that’s I’ve at least sold one home” lol something like that but people rarely pressure me about MY numbers so i doubt it’ll happen often for you Good luck!
BOTTOM LINE…. Hire a photographer set price off comps list pictures on MLS put sign in front yard most important thing is to count on how stupid your customer is by calling yourself a top 1% agent sit back and wait for customers to see it on Zillow and get ready to cash that 3% commission check.
