Respectfully, I went to Zillow and noticed Cade Cashman from Encino CA, has only had 3 closed transactions and 4 active listings in the last 12 months. I’m honestly trying to understand how he is getting almost 1 listing per week since public records show otherwise. If I’m missing anything please let me know. But it’s important to be transparent and not give false expectations to agents looking to emulate the “success” that Cade has achieved. Thank you and great work with the interviews.

Would love to see a video regarding developing your value proposition. How does an agent with no experience on the listing side develop a value proposition and explain it to a prospect?

I know, I mentor them. This kid will be kicking my butt in a few years. Very admirable.
your right he is doing better than 90% out there although he has not made any money yet….he will learn and iron it out but my problem is with the trainers who are obviously pumping up the success of their mentees however I still think Brandon is the best I have heard yet and he also did not delete my comments …😊
I think they also tell you to just go with your friends and family so you are not much competition with them. I think that’s their idea of why they should hire you on, because you have friends and family that they do not have and you will make them money somewhere they did not have a contact.
Brandon I would love to see a breakdown of what you are doing in your listing presentations with the new commission guidelines coming out. Are you still going to aim for 5-6 %?
