I have the 98 Accord V6 VTech Lx with a short ram intake. And you have inspired me to keep at it and one day I can have the same satisfaction, As I do when I see this beautiful machine.
Your wagon is more worth the work, you have the premiere option package, especially if you have the f22b2, the VTech is hard to get to 500k without a rebuild, f22b2 might be the most durable engine I've seen in over 1k engines... Send it to the moon and back.
@@cherrys7771 I have the EX with the F22B1. I’d love to give it some performance but it’s my daily and I like the reliability. Only mods done are coilovers and skunk2 upper control arms. It corners surprisingly well with the right amount of camber dialed in. I like it as a cruiser/hauler, but a little more power would be nice. I’ve just been slowly cleaning it up some. I have a supercharged S2000 for when I want to have fun.
Incredible man! This car has come such a long way, and you have done such an amazing job. It has been such a pleasure watching this channel and community grow; and having the opportunity to be apart of this journey with you. Cant wait to see what you do in the future bro!!!!!
Just recently purchased yet another 96/97 Accord and this one's a keeper. 147,000 miles for $800. Needed nothing to drive it. Little back story - My first car was a 97 accord v6 accord (auto), paid $300 back then, and the goal is to recreate what I used to have. This is my 8th one I've owned but I wanted the manual with a sunroof. This one's also getting a turbo kit but besides that, the nostalgia of owning what was once my first car. Everything down to the radio has to be what I used to have. I'm going to be going over your content for some inspiration on anything else I want to do to this thing. Glad to see I'm not the only one interested in them!
Congradulations on the build!! I'm happy to of had the opportunity to watch this build from near start to finish and im sure there's probably more to come. Thank you so mich for uploading this build because tjis has helped out with mine so very much as well! I look forward to seeing more of yout content
Thanks man! Glad I was able to help you and others with their cars. Just started with sharing my build but it turned into helping tons of people and steering them in the correct direction. Definitely not planned but a positive outcome. Thanks for watching I'll try to keep posting
Dude, it looks absolutely stunning! I can't believe how good it looks man. Watching this type of content gives me hope of someday taking on a project like this myself! Subscribed!
I really like how you took your time you didn’t get antsy or start cutting corners cause you wanted to get it back on the road. from doing two builds myself. The first thing I can tell people to do make it drivable do whatever big change motor and tranny wise you want first, so you can have a chance to have something to drive and kind of give you a reward along with journey. another thing I really liked was the fact that you pull your engine out and your tranny and you’re going that far pressure wash your body if you’re pulling a bunch of stuff, including under the hood, clean up your engine bay and paint it. It makes all the difference. There are too many people out that are rushing to get an engine swap or this and the other and it looks like a really fast POS. This was a very well-made video thank you.
I'm seriously impressed with the paint job. I was a painter's Helper in a body shop with nine body men, two painters, & two helpers. My job was to make the cars look like that before they left the shop. (The detailer took the slack for me if I took my time to make it look good. 😁) Excellent artwork!
Thanks a lot! I did prepping and taping at a body shop and learned a lot. Wish they would have let me practice there! Thanks for your comment I appreciate it.
Should have bought a Axel by Rose! Sorry I'm bored geez! I also may have had some of the Devils cabbage, just don't tell my mom! Then the bi**h will want some.
Oh I never saw how you filled in your motor mounts, that's kinda cool. I bought the prothane inserts for them but I might use a bit of that window sealant to make sure it all stays together. You're full of good ideas lol
Haha yeah I had the prothane in the front and rear, then I swapped out the front motor mount for my solid one. Still have the prothane insert in the rear torque mount. But I think I definitely gained some stiffness on the side mountd from filling them with window weld.
Builds so 🔥 been watching a lot of your old vids recently since I'm about to pick up a cd5, one question I had, are you able to have ac after installing the turbo? I live in florida and I just can't bare without ac 😭
There's definitely a way you could make it work. Definitely going to have to be careful with what manifold you use. Have to avoid the compressor with the downpipe and possibly have a custom ac line made but it is doable! Thanks for watching 🤘🏼
Yeeez… my guy mad respect for you, I’ve been working as a Technician/mechanic for the past 11 years, and I’ve had my 95 V6 accord ever since… I have an S2000 as well but the accord is just the love of my life and I wish one day it’ll look like yours, GGs
Thanks a lot! Would love to do an s2000 man that’s a sweet car, enjoy! I’ve been a mechanic for like 3 years now. I really do enjoy it. Need to get back to work on my accord. Keep wrenching 👍🏼

I have a 94 Accord EX Coupe 5 speed , VTEC all stock. Basically, original owner. I keep having to replace inner CV joints? They get loose in a short time in heavy (stop and go) Los Angeles daily driver traffic. Only modification is 4 medium solid poly mounts. Drive it easy most of the time. Do you have regular Axle CV problems? What axles do you use. I have The Driveshaft Shop Level 0 now. but even those inner CVs are loose in a year. Shift in reverse and clunk.... Any thoughts? Thanks
I haven’t really had too big of a problem with Axles other than the one that I snapped. I say there’s nothing like OEM. Aftermarket axles may be good for big power, or stuff like that but when it comes to a daily driver for the best fuel, you’re probably gonna want something that stock or stock equivalent. That being said, I don’t think OEM axles are available anymore. I think I just got one from advanced auto. My car is a stick, so I feel like any clunk might be mitigated by me flipping the clutch? Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.

Dude this is amazing but how did u know how to do all this? I’ll looking into starting my own project but I literally don’t know where to start. This was so fun to watch and I hope to get there some day
