  • Tap in with us for this 60 minute Full Body Strength Workout! This is an all-in-one workout that you can do daily to improve your overall strength and conditioning. All you need is a pair of dumbbells to complete this session but having multiple pairs will be more beneficial to challenge yourself for each exercise. Juice will provide audio cues during this workout to assist you with form and there will be modifications provided for more advanced movements.     I’m a 53 years old woman. My daughter was the one who first introduced me to your channel. I’ve been working out with your videos every other day since August (over 6 months) and I love you guys.     You guys have the best fitness channel ever! I love the consistency, and you guys are very straightforward. I had a personal trainer but it got too expensive after a few months and I wouldn’t know what to do by myself at the gym. I’m able to get a great workout from the comfort of my home thanks to you guys!! Much love ❤️

    Hi everyone, I am 33 years old, I started this workout about month ago. before that I was feeling anxiety, panic attacks, depression and dizziness. Also my blood pressure was about 140-150/90, Now I feel a lot of energy, blood pressure is about 120/80 and all day I am waiting my workout time :)) I love this stuff thank you so much!

    More of these 60 minute workouts, please. <3 - Either way I love your workouts, also that there is no talking, and its so helpful, that you show beginner and advanced variations. I also particularly like your locations and the design of the visual/audible cues are so aesthetic. First I came for any "random" cardio workout, I'm staying because you guys are so great and there are so many more great workouts to discover. Thanks!

    I fancied a dirty, hour-long dumbbell sesh that leaves you crying like a baby and this absolutely nails it. I'm now done and am lying in a pool of my own body fluids questioning my life choices. This is epic. Thank you Juice & Toya..you guys rock❤

    I’m 34 and a working mom with two young kids close in age. I’ve been on and off with my fitness journey for two years now. This May, I decided enough was enough. I discovered your channel and started with your 20-minute workouts. Now I aim to do your 30-minute sessions twice a week (3 is the eventual goal) with lots of long walks in between. It’s the most consistent I’ve been in a very long time. It’s only been two months of solid consistency but I’m already seeing changes in how I look, with huge changes in how I feel and sleep.

    I'm 58 years old with two hip replacements and prostate cancer going through therapy. This is a great at home workout I might if I some of the exercises to my flexibility and fitness level but really like the q's you give during the workout. Great job!!! Very accessible workout!

    I was hesitant to try this workout because it was 60 min but I did it!!! I went down in weight or did the modifications but I got through each of the exercises. Thanks so much guys!
