Just did this workout. Came out in time for me to do my arms workout. I normally do one of the other shorter dumbbell workouts but I decided to try this one. I actually like this one more and I was heavily challenged while also being able to feel like I could do the full workout. Love it.

Just added to my repertoire after a 5mi bike ride. we usually do 10mi however knee is tender. the crunch with the bicep curl is hard. I do love a challenge. Thanks for all your help. Love and ease with your delivery♥ Faye A.

This workout definitely took me out my comfort zone especially the sit ups with weights 🥵 but I was able to do it(with a few modifications) balancing on leg/knee was not easy for me 💪
I was looking forward to this workout. It was so great thanks again! I dit this with 3 kg dumbells. Normally i use 5kg but for my back i used a lighter one for a while but it went very well. Next time ill try the 5kg again . I love your workouts so much. Again so many thanks ❤
