I'm 35 years old doing the best I can to get into the LVN program. With me working a low income job. I worry about money on a consistent basis. I wanted to stay with my parents when I got accepted into Nursing school. They aren't being supportive of me. I don't know how i'm going to pay for rent and nursing school at the same time. I am Praying to God that he makes a way out of no way for me. Getting into Nursing school hasn't been easy for me at all. And I am still working towards with getting in. Because I am just not earning enough with being a teacher. And I really do care about others. And one day I want to be a Pediatric Nurse. It's just hard paying for things when you don't see your income growing at all. And I just got done with completing my medical assistant program. Love the video by the way.

@@DeeJayRN2020 I hear ya.....I just have to get the finances to borrow for school and to pay bills since I cant work full-time while in program...Can I work 3 days a week and still do school? How hard is it to land 1st job out of LPN school?

    • @DeeJayRN2020

That depends on your personal situational. I chose not to because I have 3 kids under 5 at the time. If I had a job, I wouldn't have had any time with them. I know some people who have worked and it all worked out. For me, in Cali it was hard to land a first job due to Covid and most likely even if Covid wasn't around it would've been hard so depends on where you live.
