There's no harm in doing cardio or running if you are eating more calories than you expand Your muscle mass and health will improve by doing running or cardio in alternate days and you are eating in calorie surplus and working out 5 to 6 times a week taking 1 or 2 days rest and sleeping 7 hours daily

For strength trainers , you will gas out easily when you do a lot of cardio before weight training . So , do light warmup and cardio with some abs workout . l dont know about other category but cardio isn't that friend you are searching when you are strength trainer .

As of now i do 18km of road biking everyday amd 6km of walk. How would you recommend me to get healthier.

You gained muscle because of strength training. If you peaked your body by deadlifting 100kg ( example). Do you think you can retain that strength by deadlifting 30kg. You can stay fit by doing regular exercise but cannot sustain your Peak physique. ( On my way to my peak )
It is important to be fit along with looking fit. I have seen people with huge muscles who cannot even run for 1 km.
