    More importantly cardio enhances recovery which means you can recover faster and wont get easily fatigued in between sets of weight training

    Hi Abhinav,
    I do 5-6 times x week= strength training
    I tend to do ‘immediate’ cardio some times after my strength training
    Or some days I go for 1hr walk, at different time of the day, (not immediately after the gym)
    Am I doing it right?
    I seem to be stuck and not loosing much now.
    I am going to carry on with the process/routine anyways:)

      i think you need to reduce the weight training to 4 times a week bcz ig you're not recovering well from the training and eat more. and do just 15-20 mins of cardio three days a week.

      Focus on calorie deficit with a high protein low carb diet, dont consume a lot of junk food, sleep 7-8 hours everyday and plenty of hydration. Trust me this is like 80% of the weight loss process and exercise/cardio is just 20%. So follow this for atleast 2-3 months to notice results.

    Yes yahi strategy follow karta hu main. 1 hafte se hi farak dikhne lag. Pahle ek ghanta carbs energy use karta hu weight training me then 15 mins Cardio. Feeling more energetic and strong

    Also when you build muscles your basal metabolism rate (BMR) also increases.
    After a heavy Gym session 15 min cardio is enough.

      You can do it in two different sessions if possible but if you cannot, do it before after your workout.

    Sir main cardio ke liye gym cycle se jata hu aur ata hu sath me me jab khana khata hu to step chalta hu 10-15 min ye sahi hai kya? Kyuki merepe time nahi rehta me abhi 15 year ka hu isliye muskil se 1-1:30 ghanta nikal pata hu

    I am 80 kilos
    According to my fitness pal and healthify me...I must consume 65g of protein/day
    But this isn't even 1g of protein per kg
    Also I am doing 5-10 kg weights/day

      I have seen one short video of yourfitnessstories , he said if you have more than 25% body fat you won't require more than 1g/kg protein in a day and if you have less than 25 % body fat you need 1.5g/kg protein

      @@sunshine-h4e Sure I have lost about 10 kgs without any protein intake and then it wasn't going down then I started taking protein and it is really going down so yeah it helps also, Working out without enough protein will lead to muscle loss.

      It can cause that if you're doing too much of it. 15 mins of cardio after workout will not hurt. 👍🏻

      The best is to slow introduce both of them into your routine. But if you are not very obese, maybe skinny fat, then cardio can more directly help you in lose fat.

      It will be minimal if you balance them correctly.
      And if you are new to strength training, you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time.

    Brother I hate cardio but my plan is to walk on treadmill for 30mins in gym just not after legs workout I do single muscle split it works for me but its boring and I hate it so I started walking 15mins before weights and 15 mins after weights is this okay? Because most of the time after weights I skip walking because I'm tired and if I do it before I can't lift that heavy. Is it okay what I am doing?

    Brother my weight reached 92 I change my diet before 3 months I feel better nowadays I look little bit fit also but on weight machine ny weight is 94 now don't know what is going on is that good muscle mass or something else kindly reply 😢

      No problem with any body part done with legs.
      I follow a schedule of - back + biceps, shoulder+ legs, chest+triceps+ forearm.
      While you can add traps excercise anywhere in back or shoulder.
      Glutes can be added in legs only if you want, as for me strong glutes are required for running.

      A different cardio session will be helpful for fat loss but other than that you can do it after weight training for 15-30 mins.
