Wow! I've been following along and doing the exercises at the gym and my body is so sore! I' work out regularly, but the vids have been an awesome way to change things up. There are so many exercises that I've never tried before, and it's really kicking my butt. Thanks! But, I would suggest that for folks who have never tried the exercises before, that they do not even use weights or just use low weights. That way their bodies can get used to doing the exercises and then they could build from there. For example, I'd never done single leg split squats and I needed to just get the form down first. It was really hard doing it, but I did feel that by not even using weights and just focusing on the form I was able to make a good start with this new, exciting exercise. Next time I'll go low first and continue to focus on using a correct form; after I'll start using weights. Thanks again Vince. Your vids rock!
When I hit leg press, I explosively push with my calves leading the lift. Leaves me not needing to hit calves after leg press, great mind-muscle connector for me too.

You can start with squats. You don't have to follow this verbatim. Or do this workout one session then on the next leg day include a workout with squats. It's good to switch it up also. Shock your muscles by trying different exercises , combinations, rep ranges etc. Also just because he doesn't do squats in one video it does not mean you have to forgo squats forever.

Hi thank you for sharing this one, is there any supplement that can target leg muscle? I'd been working out for almost 5 years and I think my legs left behind.
It's really hard to workout legs for me since I'm 14, and I'm too young to go to the gym I have to use an old barbell and dumbell and I try my best to get stronger and better, however its hard when you alone working out legs with a barbell, if you go heavy you need assistance which I don't really have, so I have to go light, and that's annoying.
Oh well, my goal of your video was to make it to the gym. Today is leg day. So I searched leg day. And I was listening to the video with my AirPods and now I’m just about out the door. So far so good
No one talks about it but , do legs on Thursday if you have a physical job were you're on your feet all day . Your legs will hurt for 3-5 days after your workout. Especially on the second and third day.

Hi. I don't have a leg press and calf machine at my condo gym. Are these machines a must or Is there any way around those in order to do a full legs workout?
Both of those workouts will be very effective! It’s always great to change things up to give you different ways to attack the same muscle groups :) -Adam W.
I’m not an expert but if ur trying to gain weight eat a lot and do mostly heavier weight and low reps workouts. And I would recommend u to go for 6 days and Sunday or whichever day u want to be a rest day. And try to make a day for each muscle group for example like arms will be on Monday and legs will be in Tuesday etc and etc. I hope it will help u but if u want research more about it

I believe repetition would work the best if you continue to try to get through this workout. If losing balance please hold onto something to help or focus on something that isn’t moving to help. -Adam W.

If you struggle to do single leg squat with foot positioning on a bench try the Smith machine and place your foot over the bar at your set level

Just turn your legs a bit outward on backs quats and your knee problem goes away.
