I only did lunges, squats and calf raises the other day and my quads were sore for next 3 days. Have to say lower body workout is the toughest for me. The amount of sweat and spike in heart rate I get are incomparable to any upper body workout.
Any chance you can help me get ripped I'm 15 and turning 16 on november and I'm a very skinny guy I'm planning on working on my body this summer break and I hope that I can get any tips

Aren't you meant to do 3/4 exercise types per muscle area; totalling 12 sets. You only did one type of calf exercise totalling 4 sets and one type of hamstring exercise, also totalling 4 sets ???? ( Please elaborate or refute when you have the time - thanks )

Have you ever trained people who use manual wheelchairs? I want to get back into shape and I have a ton of weight to lose but I use a manual wheelchair. I’m not paralyzed but I need my wheelchair for safety after suffering from two strokes.

Walking DB Lunges -ss- Lying Leg Curl
**4x 12,10,8,6 - NO REST between exercises - 90 seconds rest between sets.
Leg Extension -ss- Seated Calf Raise
**4x 12 (leg extension) - 4x15 (calf raise) - NO REST between exercises - 60 seconds rest between sets.

I'm going to do these exercises. But only my gym don't have '' seat calf raises''. What can I do to replace it? I'd love to hear from you :)
Buy a calf, strap a seat on it and lift.
Sit down, place some weights on your knees, raise those calves!
I would just take a few dumbbells and put them on the top of your knees on a seated position. Then do calf raises that way :)
