Do you have a version of this for Dumbbells? I've had MAJOR gains after discovering the many variations of "Low to Highs" (DB way of doing cable crossovers) especially when super setting them between presses, being the abduction engagement leads to the presses hitting the pecs SO much better. If your using DBs at home, "Pre -fatiguing" and 'short break- super sets" can give you a physique that many can only get from the gym. My heaviest DBs are 40s, and my chest is nearly how it was when I used to bench 225 for reps of 12-15. Gotta be creative, and now how the muscle work.
