    I'm a 61-year-old male trying to transform myself from a "beach blow over" into a beach blow out. I started watching your videos just last week. This is October 1, 2019. Again, I've watched and tried following along with the workouts. All of them from, chest, biceps, triceps, traps, back, shoulders and legs. So far, just in 1 week's time, I see a noticeable difference in my arms. My sister even said it looks like I'm trying to swell up, as she puts it. I appreciate the detailed instructions both verbal and demo. I'm gonna stick with you bro, for a full 90 days and see where it takes me. I'm not sure if I can post before and after pix here but, trust me when I say, today, I'm dog gone near anorexic.

    Favorite by far was seated cable Flys. I'm super skinny and hard gainer. I could definitely feel this working

      Allen Isaac for me the best one is single arm machine press while sitting sideways. I literally dont feel my lower chest do anything, all upper.

    11:31 can we do this exercise using dumbells as some of the machines are not available in my gym right now.
    Can you demonstrate in the video how can we do those stretching exercises 8:10 to 12:00 using dumbells

    Thank you for another great vlog. My question is how do you get into a solid position before you start. You emphasize rolling the shoulders back and down, I find it difficult to get into position and to hold that position. Please go over that a bit more in the next chest video.     A good one is Similar to the last one, but using the cables in a standing position, cables in the middle and the same push out, bring in and push out, definitely you’ll feel it too

      This all depends on your goals but I would start out with 3-4 sets at 10-12 reps.

      I would start by going 4 sets of 12 reps and then the week after try to hit 4 sets of 8-10 reps with more weight 💪

    3rd week in applying your training method and starting to get the hang of it. What drills do you have for inbetween days. I Like your lessons ,explanations and reasons for each workout. Am 66 and working to buildup bodymass slowly to stay healthy.

    It recommend to practice a full chest exercises and becebs or triceps in hour and half, I try to practice each session two parts of body.

      This all depends on what your specific goals are! Do what you can to achieve the results you are looking for. If it’s a weak area, perform 2-3 upper chest exercises with your chest workout.

    I know this really doesn't have anything to do with the video but a couple months back I pulled a really bad muscle right under my right pec, anyways ever since I pulled it it feels very awkward/discomfort, it hurt a lot when I pulled it, not to mention other areas of my back that I have discomfort in, how do I heal my muscle, should I go to the doctor?

    1. Cross your hand at the top position of the cable fly to get full contraction. 2. Momentum can be a good thing as long as you really focus on the eccentric part of the movement. But that should be done at the end of the exercise when you cant get anymore reps with strict form

      do tread mill 35 mins first week then 60min second week after each weight workout. u bring treadmill up by 45% and just walk and maintain your heartrate 129-135

    Hey Vince, no offence but everytime I start your video I hear the sound of tearing tendon. I lost my teres minor tendon two years back so it kinda makes me remember that incident😆.     All 5 exercises are perfect for upper chest . but I recommended incline bench dumbbell butter fly instead of cable.
