Again, I've watched and tried following along with the workouts. All of them from, chest, biceps, triceps, traps, back, shoulders and legs. So far, just in 1 week's time, I see a noticeable difference in my arms. My sister even said it looks like I'm trying to swell up, as she puts it. I appreciate the detailed instructions both verbal and demo. I'm gonna stick with you bro, for a full 90 days and see where it takes me. I'm not sure if I can post before and after pix here but, trust me when I say, today, I'm dog gone near anorexic.

You emphasize rolling the shoulders back and down, I find it difficult to get into position and to hold that position. Please go over that a bit more in the next chest video. you emphasize correct form-by paying strict close attention-thats what i will work on-i think watching this vid over and over-till i get form right will help.Thanks !
A good one is Similar to the last one, but using the cables in a standing position, cables in the middle and the same push out, bring in and push out, definitely you’ll feel it too

This all depends on what your specific goals are! Do what you can to achieve the results you are looking for. If it’s a weak area, perform 2-3 upper chest exercises with your chest workout. -Adam W.
I know this really doesn't have anything to do with the video but a couple months back I pulled a really bad muscle right under my right pec, anyways ever since I pulled it it feels very awkward/discomfort, it hurt a lot when I pulled it, not to mention other areas of my back that I have discomfort in, how do I heal my muscle, should I go to the doctor?
1. Cross your hand at the top position of the cable fly to get full contraction. 2. Momentum can be a good thing as long as you really focus on the eccentric part of the movement. But that should be done at the end of the exercise when you cant get anymore reps with strict form
do tread mill 35 mins first week then 60min second week after each weight workout. u bring treadmill up by 45% and just walk and maintain your heartrate 129-135
