yes u can. i did the exact same. but after few months i changed my way and progress more with different excersizes and different combinations. but if u r new to gym. its a good way to continue but on further process u can ask coach in the gym. i hope he helps

Great routine,I especially like the cable pulls for the lower and mid-traps.The last exercise is my favorite exercise,which I call Hang-cleans.Those will really activate the upper traps like no other exercise.That's why almost every olympic weightlifter has great trap development.

Absolutely not!!! I think with just shoulders exercise you will get enough traps, i'am a man and i don't exercise traps, hitting shoulders give me enough big uppers traps... My comment is intended to upper traps that are visible from the front..... Medium and lower should be trained, exercise 4 is an example

if u are skinny guy then dont focus more on cardion but if u are mediam or having alot of body fat then u can do it exactly.

For shoulder exercises he is best
Im having the hardest time with the clean shrug using 55 pounds and can feel my muscle in my fore arm when i go to let the bar down from my shoulders
