    Yeah, i have seen the diffrence in my traps by doing wide grip shrugs exercise.. its realy effective.. 👍

    One question can I do legs one day shoulders the next etc and the last day of training a full day of HIIT cardio? Love your vids

      yes u can. i did the exact same. but after few months i changed my way and progress more with different excersizes and different combinations. but if u r new to gym. its a good way to continue but on further process u can ask coach in the gym. i hope he helps

      if u are skinny guy then dont focus more on cardion but if u are mediam or having alot of body fat then u can do it exactly.

      americano canos ty soo much and yes I have some body fat but not much and i was thinking of doing little cardio and doing a bit more exercises with weights

    Great routine,I especially like the cable pulls for the lower and mid-traps.The last exercise is my favorite exercise,which I call Hang-cleans.Those will really activate the upper traps like no other exercise.That's why almost every olympic weightlifter has great trap development.

    Vshred he is the best when is comes to exercise training. im 53 and i follow him every step all the way. Of course you better be in some sort of shape before you follow him. The best of all, he will tell you how to perform an excersice the right way.

    Im having the hardest time with the clean shrug using 55 pounds and can feel my muscle in my fore arm when i go to let the bar down from my shoulders

      Try a caloric deficit

      You can't target specific area's when losing fat. It's mostly genetically determined where you lose it first. You just need to lose weight until the love handles are gone. So that means clean nutrition and plenty of exercise

    How do you incorporate these exercises with the other ones like the side lateral raises and front lateral raises exercises for deltoid and shoulder you already explained? Plus, how many reps and sets for these ones?

      Absolutely not!!! I think with just shoulders exercise you will get enough traps, i'am a man and i don't exercise traps, hitting shoulders give me enough big uppers traps... My comment is intended to upper traps that are visible from the front..... Medium and lower should be trained, exercise 4 is an example
