I’m not saying all the time, but there have been many times where he’s given out the wrong information and because he says it do confidently we believe him and it’s not like we’re doctors or anything that we would know any better but many other youtubers that have broken down his channel. He does not have any education in his field so literally anything he says may not be true. And he has also copied a few other UA-camrs as well. I don’t hate him or anything. Some of his videos are great but the people who disliked are probably people who know he’s not all that great.

I started with 8 in a row and now im at 12... it takes a lot of patience, dedication, and good nutrition... sometimes I wonder if it's even worth it cause it's so hard... but my goal is 20 in a row. If i can hit 20 in a row I'm good.

How much does one gain with creatine. I don't use it cause of some negative side effect and the fact of being too relaint on it till it doesn't have an affect anymore. Been training for about 6 months with about half to three quarters of bicep size growth for example. Does it help much? Like have I been missing out on much. Thanks.

I started doing 100 pullups 100 pushups every day. Pushups r easy for me. The pullups will sometimes take me an hour.... which is embarrassing but now I’m definitely speeding up and evening out my pull game w my push game
