      but seriously, since i saw this routine ive been trying it. doing only 50 total initially, ten of each. of course i couldnt do ten straight . but now i am getting quicker to finish 50. Chris really changed my workput habits. thanks so much.

    I appreciate that instead of ruining your form between reps, you take your time as you start to get tired. Even hopping off at 16, showing that humility instead of cutting and pasting perfect sets really got me watching this channel

    Just found this guy yesterday. Recently got interested in calisthenics after moving away from power lifting for so long. While raw strength will always be my first love, this guy is surprisingly very likable and informative in regards to his discipline. Already almost got a handstand down and will progress from there. Keep up the good work dude.

    I've lost 80 lbs over the last 2 years but I'm pretty sure I'm still too heavy to do this. Great motivation though. I'll get it eventually

      Today after a long way, even with injuries and plenty of setbacks on the way, I can do strict muscle ups and working towards the front lever !!

      Sanket Kar the 1k dislikes are from people who found out he gives out false knowledge. I’m not saying all the time, but there have been many times where he’s given out the wrong information and because he says it do confidently we believe him and it’s not like we’re doctors or anything that we would know any better but many other youtubers that have broken down his channel. He does not have any education in his field so literally anything he says may not be true. And he has also copied a few other UA-camrs as well. I don’t hate him or anything. Some of his videos are great but the people who disliked are probably people who know he’s not all that great.

      It takes way longer than a year. I started doing pull ups for about a year or so... I started with 8 in a row and now im at 12... it takes a lot of patience, dedication, and good nutrition... sometimes I wonder if it's even worth it cause it's so hard... but my goal is 20 in a row. If i can hit 20 in a row I'm good.

      How much does one gain with creatine. I don't use it cause of some negative side effect and the fact of being too relaint on it till it doesn't have an affect anymore. Been training for about 6 months with about half to three quarters of bicep size growth for example. Does it help much? Like have I been missing out on much. Thanks.

    I couldn't do this even with a camera trick😂😂 but the good news is that I have started my journey in calisthenics two weeks ago and Chris is one of my favourite role models for sure.

    4.Australian pull ups(prefer replace to close grip or classic pull ups, after australian not able to do any pull ups)
