I'm 53, Army MP veteran and this guy convinced me to get back into the game after my injuries. I welded a chin up bar at work, on my morning break and lunch time I rip out 4 sets. I've worked up to 25 reps in my first set now and I'm still hungry to increase. All the younger guys bust my chops but I know it's their way of complimenting me. Funny how it takes a certain persona or particular time (maybe both) to be inspired enough to motivate change....Thank you Chris.

Negatives and holding the last rep I have to increase time under tension has yielded some great results.
