My favorite thing about winter is snow. It is rather an obvious answer, but I find there's something so mesmerizing about the snow. The other day I woke up very early in the morning, it was velvety dark outside, but you could still see the snow falling. It was coming down slowly, majestically, in large fluffy snowflakes. I stood by the window for a few long minutes before I was able to tear myself away. Snow. Magic in itself!

I have done this workout sooo many times and tried to finish it without stopping. Previous times I always stopped in between the crisis cross and the following moves . This time I don't know what it was but my abs was not tired ! And so I went through the cross cross without stopping ! Even tho the next few moves I did stop for a little I feel so accomplished ! It was my first excercise after a long hiatus from working out and.. I felt my under ribcage area hurt like a b*itch, as if my lower ribs were being broken. I was cussing and almost cried but I finished it with little stops to not strain myself too much. good workout! I just need to get myself into working out again and it'll be fine.
I was like that before I started doing basketball again and that is normal because I also felt that but it was my whole body I couldn't move my whole body

Whenever i do any type of ab exercises my spine, hip, knee and basically my whole body clicks. It doesn't hurt but it's so annoying and it makes me very mad and I don't feel like I can keep doing the exercises...
I love winter, cause because it's so cold outside, people have to get closer together to keep warm... and that helps us keep warm in our hearts too! Besides the delicious warm food and drinks, and cozy beautiful outfits aaaaand playing on the snow!
Hey- I am struggling to run so don't feel bad about not being able to do all the abs stuff. I lost about 70 pounds, and have 40 more to go. I figure it will be easier to run when I am lighter. I love Cassey's videos for helping me slim down more and tone. I do mostly the elliptical or power walking for cardio.

The holidays are also a great time to relax and take time to breath. Kinda of like winter is a giant exhale between spring and summer.
It's really weird. Like when ever I do exercises, the part where the exercise is suppose to target doesn't burn at all whereas other parts of my body get tired instead. For example, I had a fitness test at school and I did the incline pull up and my arms didn't feel tired at all, instead it was my abs that were tired. Other people managed to do much more than me but only their arms got tired. I did it the right way too, it's really weird. Arm strength wise, mines better and as for abs mines stronger. So I really don't get it😂

my neck hurts a lot when i do this. i tuck my chin in and look forward but it still hurts and i get a headaches which forces me to take a break. any advice?
something that helped me with that, I push my head and neck down into my hands, and force myself to relax my head, that forces you to use your abs instead of neck:)

My absolutely favorite thing about winter is watching "A Christmas Story" with my mom. Even though I don't live at home anymore and my siblings hate the movie, it's something that I get to enjoy with my mom every year. We like to bake cookie while we watch the marathon and challenge ourselves to stay seated during an entire showing. We really enjoy quoting our favorite parts. No matter what else is going on during the busy winter months, it's great to have this mother/daughter tradition to depend on.

Keep your elbows wide at the nape of your neck, don't tuck your chin in, and ease the extreme tension in your neck and back it helps a lot:)

My absolutely favorite thing about winter is watching "A Christmas Story" with my mom. Even though I don't live at home anymore and my siblings hate the movie, it's something that I get to enjoy with my mom every year. We like to bake cookie while we watch the marathon and challenge ourselves to stay seated during an entire showing. We really enjoy quoting our favorite parts. No matter what else is going on during the busy winter months, it's great to have this mother/daughter tradition to depend on.

My favorite thing about winter is .. but we don't have winter here! But we do have Holiday season and gift giving! The thought of giving is such a nice way of giving back to people who cared and stick with you until now.

I love how happy everyone is during December! Holidays are right around the corner, classes are finishing up, everyone is curling up in fuzzy blankets and talking to people they love. My family all gets together and has movie nights, just talking and loving each other. It's a beautiful time.

whosgabs The more you shake the better. It's just your muscles contracting because of the hard work. And if you aren't shaking you aren't doing it right, cause it's not working. :)

Sitting by the fire! Christmas movies! snow again! its mine and my husbands first Christmas together so its a cheap one but we have eachother and that's the biggest part!
(side note) thank you again cassey! still seeing the changes in my body and yours! I always look forward to new videos! we just barely moved back to a place with internet available and im getting back into this and loving it, its lots of help and I missed it!

thank you!!! you have no idea how much you have helped me. not to go into detail, but my health is bad, lungs. so I;m following you as closely as possible...but my secret is that i've lost 50 pounds since this Christmas! I just found you so you are helping me with the last half of my goal...I see i see where I missed the wonderful giveaways. though sad, I'm still glad I found you in time to get those powerful workouts. Some of them are a little too much for me, but I do as much as I can and as vigorously as I can. I'm having a great time! You are fun to be around by the way.
