    I used to be that girl who could not do a single sit up for her life (such a simple move I know) But after doing this 3-4 times a week for a month, I can now do around 25 sit-ups in a minute. It is a huge improvement for me and I have you (especially this video) to thank. Much love from Hong Kong

    My favorite thing about winter is snow. It is rather an obvious answer, but I find there's something so mesmerizing about the snow. The other day I woke up very early in the morning, it was velvety dark outside, but you could still see the snow falling. It was coming down slowly, majestically, in large fluffy snowflakes. I stood by the window for a few long minutes before I was able to tear myself away. Snow. Magic in itself!

    I have done this workout sooo many times and tried to finish it without stopping. Previous times I always stopped in between the crisis cross and the following moves . This time I don't know what it was but my abs was not tired ! And so I went through the cross cross without stopping ! Even tho the next few moves I did stop for a little I feel so accomplished ! One day it will get through this video without stopping g and I swear I will be the happiest person ever ! THANK YOUUU Cassey ! ILY

    I worked out everyday for only a week and lost 2 pounds....thats insane! I ran only .70-1 miles a day and did a blogilates workout after!

      ***** not really...but i am naturally skinny. If you aren't you would probably have to eat healthy in order to get the same results

    My favourite thing about winter is:
    1. That it's dark outside, there is snow on the ground and a clear starfull sky.
    2. Keeping warm under a blanket while drinking tea and reading a good book ~w~
    3.The christmas season. I love buying presents to people and wrap them myself since I really get into the christmas spirit. I also love all the christmas movies that is on TV during december, and ofcourse spending time with family and eating a real good YOLO meal til I feel so stuffed I can't even get up from my chair xD

    Yesterday I did only until 7 min in the video for the first time, this morning with my other excersize routine I did 25 of the criss cross excersize, no joke I'm seeing a difference in my torso!! I'm so happy I found this! I'm definitely going to keep up with this! Thank you blogilates!

    My favorite thing about winter is Christmas! Not the idea of getting gifts, but the idea of family, happiness, and love. During Christmas it feels like the entire family is together and happy! I just love the positive attitude and environment during Christmas😊🎄❄️

    Cassey, my niece loves doing this workout with me. We never make it a full six minutes (she is 3 and gets distracted), but we have a lot of fun. Every time I bring my yoga mat with me to my mom's house she says "let's exercise, pink video". Thanks for making this workout! :)

    Day 3 #marchofthePOPsters and I'm dying. I'm so out of shape and I know that my abs are the weakest part. I know this will get better but for today I'm a little sad at how crappy I did on all of the videos. Oh well. It can only get better, right?       I can do butt day, leg day, arms, back, and HIIT so easily, but my abs are so weak! I am dreading every Tuesday this month! But all I can do is improve!

    My favorite thing about winter is making personal cards and gifts for my friends and family! I love doing DIY projects and seeing my loved ones' faces light up at receiving a more personal touch with their gifts is truly something special.

    It was my first excercise after a long hiatus from working out and.. I felt my under ribcage area hurt like a b*itch, as if my lower ribs were being broken. I was cussing and almost cried but I finished it with little stops to not strain myself too much.
    good workout! I just need to get myself into working out again and it'll be fine.

    Whenever i do any type of ab exercises my spine, hip, knee and basically my whole body clicks. It doesn't hurt but it's so annoying and it makes me very mad and I don't feel like I can keep doing the exercises...

    I love winter, cause because it's so cold outside, people have to get closer together to keep warm... and that helps us keep warm in our hearts too! Besides the delicious warm food and drinks, and cozy beautiful outfits aaaaand playing on the snow!

      Hey- I am struggling to run so don't feel bad about not being able to do all the abs stuff. I lost about 70 pounds, and have 40 more to go. I figure it will be easier to run when I am lighter. I love Cassey's videos for helping me slim down more and tone. I do mostly the elliptical or power walking for cardio.

    My favorite thing about winter is the feeling of happiness. it is like everyone is nicer and more hospitable during the holidays. I also love seeing my family and seeing them open up their present. The holidays are also a great time to relax and take time to breath. Kinda of like winter is a giant exhale between spring and summer.

      It's really weird. Like when ever I do exercises, the part where the exercise is suppose to target doesn't burn at all whereas other parts of my body get tired instead. For example, I had a fitness test at school and I did the incline pull up and my arms didn't feel tired at all, instead it was my abs that were tired. Other people managed to do much more than me but only their arms got tired. I did it the right way too, it's really weird. Arm strength wise, mines better and as for abs mines stronger. So I really don't get it😂

    my neck hurts a lot when i do this. i tuck my chin in and look forward but it still hurts and i get a headaches which forces me to take a break. any advice?

      Keep your elbows wide at the nape of your neck, don't tuck your chin in, and ease the extreme tension in your neck and back it helps a lot:)

      something that helped me with that, I push my head and neck down into my hands, and force myself to relax my head, that forces you to use your abs instead of neck:)

      I saw a video that said; "instead of lifting your head, like your brain is telling you to do, imagine that you're trying to lift up your shoulders with your abs. I tried it and it works pretty well!

    My absolutely favorite thing about winter is watching "A Christmas Story" with my mom. Even though I don't live at home anymore and my siblings hate the movie, it's something that I get to enjoy with my mom every year. We like to bake cookie while we watch the marathon and challenge ourselves to stay seated during an entire showing. We really enjoy quoting our favorite parts. No matter what else is going on during the busy winter months, it's great to have this mother/daughter tradition to depend on.

    My favorite thing about winter is .. but we don't have winter here! But we do have Holiday season and gift giving! The thought of giving is such a nice way of giving back to people who cared and stick with you until now.

    My absolute favorite thing about winter is the music. It makes me get into that Christmas spirit and puts me in an awesome mood..and then my awesome mood spreads out towards other people . Merry Christmas Casey! Thanks for the giveaways :)

    I love how happy everyone is during December! Holidays are right around the corner, classes are finishing up, everyone is curling up in fuzzy blankets and talking to people they love. My family all gets together and has movie nights, just talking and loving each other. It's a beautiful time.

      whosgabs The more you shake the better. It's just your muscles contracting because of the hard work. And if you aren't shaking you aren't doing it right, cause it's not working. :)

    Sitting by the fire! Christmas movies! snow again! its mine and my husbands first Christmas together so its a cheap one but we have eachother and that's the biggest part!
    (side note) thank you again cassey! still seeing the changes in my body and yours! I always look forward to new videos! we just barely moved back to a place with internet available and im getting back into this and loving it, its lots of help and I missed it!

    thank you!!! you have no idea how much you have helped me. not to go into detail, but my health is bad, lungs. so I;m following you as closely as possible...but my secret is that i've lost 50 pounds since this Christmas! I just found you so you are helping me with the last half of my goal...I see i see where I missed the wonderful giveaways. though sad, I'm still glad I found you in time to get those powerful workouts. Some of them are a little too much for me, but I do as much as I can and as vigorously as I can. I'm having a great time! You are fun to be around by the way. Like a very young and tiny sister :) that likes me ....many blessings your way....
