I’ve been doing exercise since Jan 10 of this year starting at 143lbs. Today May 8 I weigh 122lbs. But no matter how hard I try I can loose the lower back and side fat. Like ima do this work out everyday and hopefully it works. I did feel the burn in my back. Love this video. 🥰

First time doing one of your workouts, trying to strengthen my lower back. I run ALOT and I really need to strengthen my lower back. Your encouragement and enthusiasm is amazing! Keep up the good work!
Rebecca this workout is perfect! There are many routines that don't really focus on the lower back causing the core to be uneven and even weak as well. This will be very helpful for me because my lower back is not that strong and hurts after standing up for a while. This will definitely help me get stronger I'm sure. How often should I do this though?
It’s best to mix up your routine for optimal muscle recovery and strengthening - start out by incorporating this into your fitness program once or twice a week to see how that feels! I first saw a workout of yours from XHIT Daily a year and a half ago and i weigh about 59kg then and my waist was 30-31 inches. I loved how you include that we need to pay attention to our nutrition as well and not focus only on working out.
Whenever im searching for a workout i need, i always type it in this format: "Cardio rebecca louise" or "lower back rebecca Louise" "flat stomach Rebecca Louise". Now my waist line is more or less 24 inches and i dont track my weight much anymore. Last time i checked was three months ago and was 46kg.
I never get disappointed in any workout vids of you that i click on. I always enjoy myself with your energy your doggieeess and your inputs in between. YOU'VE BEEN A BIG PART IN MY FITNESS JOURNEY 🤗 thank you Rebecca!!! And my girls love you toooo.

@@Rebeccalouisefitness oh and i used to faint or get dizzy in working out back when i was just starting. I thought i was just really weak and would improve eventually but that changed when i watched your videos and tell us that proper breathing is very important.

Hi Rebecca! I follow your videos for a long time and I have to say they helped me so much now I have a question about my routine, I workout at home and I have dance course for one or two hours a week and I swim one and half hour for three days usually, and I wanted to add some weights to my workout routine but my swimming coach said it can make me slower, my question is... can I shape my body , get strong and fit without weights? And what should I do ?
I do this workout for five years now and its the best back workout ever!

I was running and felt a little discomfort in my lower back and had to stop for a break. I thought this lower back workout would help to strengthen my lower back. Thank you for this video Rebecca :)

Love the energy. I find it harder to push through a workout when the person in the video is quiet and not very enthusiastic. Also Im pretty sure this is the first time I smiled during a workout. :)
I felt it in everything EXCEPT my lower back 😩 also today’s one of those workout days where every exercise I do makes me mad, so maybe I was doing it wrong…
