    So nice to do a pregnancy cardio that wasn’t’t stupidly easy and had good alternatives - meaning I can start to ease back into cardio after the wipeout of the first trimester! Thank you :)

    I love this ladies videos, they’re so honest, not too much talking and she just gets on with it.. however, I’m 33 weeks and I find this very is definitely not for third trimester, there’s too much squishing of the bump for my liking and side planks with lifting of the hips is very hard to do with a massive bump.. i will still do her other vids :)

    Only found your videos last week. I’m 39 weeks and been doing a range of your cardio and preparing for natural labour videos. Loving the cardio ones especially as it’s getting colder so harder to find the motivation to get out for a walk. I was so impressed that at 39 weeks I was able to do all of the videos without getting tired and actually felt amazing by the end! Currently, I’m doing your cardio workouts in the morning, then a stretch late afternoon following by a bedtime yoga before I go to sleep. Hoping all this will help preparing me for a natural birth and the endurance for labour. Especially as this is my first child and everyone tells me that labour will be quite long.

    I prefer your prenatal workouts over any others I've found because you get right to the point, no unnecessary chatter, especially in between exercises. A 20 min workout really is just about 20 mins (instead of 30 mins!). Thank you!

    I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins and this workout is just what I needed! I appreciated the verbal cues to start as well as the chime to end so I don't have to look at the screen and can't focus on what I am doing. I wanted a little bit more intensity so next time I'm going to add light ankle weights as well as a resistance band to kick it up a notch.

    This was wonderful! I have been so sick of pregnancy workouts that are SO easy! I had been doing challenging regular workouts, but just skipping all of the laying on back parts, or other not-safe pregnancy parts. This was a great challenge, while still being safe for pregnancy. Thanks!

    28 weeks with baby number 2 - after a week of no exercise while my toddler had awful tonsillitis, I needed some inspiration for exercise and this was really helpful, thank you. Agree with some of the comments below; a clear start and a visual timer would be really helpful.

    Really good for a short workout, esp 1 & 2 trimester and maybe postpartum? At 35 weeks I had to do all the modifications, but once I can jump again I want to try the workout again

    I love this cardio workout. I'm in the second trimester. There are many yoga and pilates videos for pregnancy, but not so many of cardio. At first, I thought it was too slow, but doing it I realized that it really makes you sweat!

    I’ve been so off and on with working out this pregnancy!! But I’m now 22 weeks along and I’ve made a commitment to myself to do 5 days a week of at least 20 minutes! So these are great!     I like your exercises, but it would be helpful for me to not just have the chime to stop but also a direct cue for when to begin. Sometimes I think you're still just giving instructions when we've actually moved into doing the exercises. A little more audio guidance would be helpful. Maybe also a visual timer? Thanks for putting these together!

    I really like your videos, I like the music, that you show the next move beforehand, the chime to switch. I do think some of the moves, especially where you cross your legs or such quick motions, are unrealistic for me to do. I'm 3rd trimester and easily lose my balance. I wish I could do more of your videos but they're just too much and I get frustrated when I can't do the moves, as well as my heart rate gets very high (while OB recommends I stick to 140HR or lower). I do know this is a HITT workout; Ive encountered these same issues in your other videos as well. I could definitely have done this before pregnancy and more, as I'm pretty fit.

    My nurse and doctor tell me to avoid any twisting motions whatsoever, but I have seen some twisting motions in a few of your exercises. Could you elaborate on where to draw the line for safety? Thanks for the workout, it was good fun!

      Definitely follow the advice of your own doctor and nurse. You want to avoid any leveraged twists where you are using your hands/arms to push you into a twist. Often gentle upper back mobility movement is helpful (as long as you aren’t pressing into it more than your core can turn itself).

    Sweden is following you :) This really got my heart rate up even though I did the low impact modifications since I’m week 30 and it gave such a good sensation in my entire body. I enjoyed the entire body got a work out and not just the legs. Thanks for this one!

    Thank you too much for all these videos! Just wondering -if possible, while doing the pose, could you explain what we should do and not to do (like where are arms should be and how it should not be doing etc etc) if this makes sense! I find your video so helpful, but with a little bit more explanation throughout your work outs (especially pilates and yoga) I think it'll be so much more helpful for people like me who aren't very familiar with the poses. Thank you regardless!

    I'm 16 weeks pregnant and loved it !! It was challenging, but also not to much. I also liked all of the exercises :) will do this again!
    Is it normal to feel the burn in the thighs much earlier in pregnancy? I could swear, I did more squats or leg exercises without feeling the burn so early and intense.

    Thanks for the workout, was just the right level for me. Would possibly benefit from a bit more instruction on when to start and finish, going over the moves prior to starting the 45 seconds and more vocal cues for how long left etc.
