Elea Le Bout Bellydance Yay! Congratulations on your pregnancy and reaching third trimester:) Hope you are staying healthy and calm. Thanks for doing yoga with me 💕
You're my fave. No disrespect to a lot of the others but you dont over talk, you gently guide and then leave space. Thank you!
I may or may not have teared up when "You are a powerful mother" came up. Thank you for that!
Exactly what I needed tonight ! 23 weeks and it's a perfect yoga practice. Thank you for creating this for us
As a plus size woman who's also 19 weeks pregnant and suffering with pregnancy aches and pains this was lovely and exactly what I needed for my first ever yoga class. Thank you 😊
I have been looking for someone to lead a lighter yoga practice like this while I’m in confinement with this whole COVId 19 craziness! I’m 22 weeks and I needed you in my life! Thank you! 🙏
alex courson Yes, it is craziness isn’t it. I couldn’t have ever imagined it would get to this point. So happy you enjoyed it and thank you for taking the time to comment.. made my day 🙏 Hope you are staying healthy and calm 💕
Hi Jessica, my baby is now over 5 months old. I just wanted to say I used this all the way through the third trimester. I really appreciate the motivation and guidance that is provided. Thank you for all the hard work you put into each of these videos. I am a fan!
19 weeks and haven’t really excercised since finding out I was pregnant. I’m going to start with this routine tonight!
Hope u found ur routine since! I am in the same boat. Finally feeling okay again lol. We got this !!!
Same
Me too😂
Me too! Exactly 19 weeks today
I'm the same
I found this hard for someone who hasn't exercised since pregs
25 weeks pregnant, and I've been doing your piletes and yoga practies for the last couple of weeks. I cherish your efforts to support mamas to be with this gentle, yet effective excercises. It really helps me with my gloomy mood or whenever I dont feel that comfortable in my body.
Here I am again, preparing myself for the second baby, with 17 weeks. These yoga exercises helped me a lot in my first pregnancy and labor.
I'm also pregnant with my second to...I'm gonna try this
I am pregnant with my first Alhamdulillah. I am 17 weeks pregnant. Is it too late to start now??
@@kamabokogonpachiro3798 I am 13 weeks pragnant can I start this yoga. As I am getting weight and feeling physically tired. please help
@@ononnayeasin597 I don't have any idea about it dear. During my first trimester i was barely able to move / eat due to nausea and fatigue
Me same, now almost 20 weeks
At 14 weeks I finally have energy back. This was a wonderful practice to get back into it. 🙂
I’m 13 weeks today and finally feeling the elusive burst of energy after weeks of being wiped out. This helped immensely, thank you! ❤
Instructor: If it feels good
Me: Everything Hurts😐💀
I discovered your videos about 3 weeks ago, when I was just 12 weeks along. I started doing them consistently, and within a week, my morning sickness (which was lasting all day) had SIGNIFICANTLY reduced! Even to the point that I would have several days in a row with zero nausea! I don't know if it was entirely due to these videos, but with my first, the morning sickness lasted strong until at least 17 weeks. I feel SO good after completing the yoga videos, and I'm hoping to continue all through my pregnancy. I'm planning a second home birth with a local midwife, which I'm super excited about, and I think these routines will help me get my body prepared to go through natural labor again! :) Thank you!!
I’m nearly 31 weeks and this felt wonderful! I get so achy from sleeping on my side all night, and this yoga sequence really helped me feel good again. I like the pace and duration of the movements too. Thank you!
Hi Lani! Congratulations on your pregnancy:) I always liked getting past the 30 week mark! Happy it helped your body feel good again. Thanks for taking the time to let me know 💕
I followed your videos all the way through my second pregnancy, I am now 10 months postpartum and keep coming back as no matter what other channels I try no video provides the stretch and relaxation I need quite like yours, especially your prenatal yoga so thank you for getting me through pregnancy and postpartum ❤
Im currently 24 weeks pregnant and my sciatica hurts so much and keeps me up at night. This video helped me to feel amazing! I used to do your videos when I was in my first trimester and I LOVED THEM!! Then life got in the way...However, I'm determined to practice yoga daily as it makes me feel so great. You're pregnancy videos are my favorite. Thank you so much!
18 weeks and this was exactly what we needed, so relaxing, thank you so much!
This was amazing! I'm 21 weeks, I have 17 and 11 yr old home doing remote schooling and I definitely needed some zen time. This felt great THANK YOU SO MUCH!
18 weeks today and finally started getting my body moving. This was the perfect yoga workout! Thank you!
27 weeks and these yoga stretches have really brought me balance. It’s been a task getting use to total side sleeping as I’m normally a stomach sleeper so I’ve been finding that my sides and hands start going numb and causing me to toss and turn side to side though out the night to find comfort.
Week 24 and just really thankful for all your videos. I practiced yoga, Pilates and strength before being pregnant and being able to continue them with confidence that it’s safe for my pregnant body is such a blessing! Thank you for posting free content that I can use through my whole pregnancy!!! Been using your videos since first trimester and plan to continue through the third!
Your channel is a valuable asset for pregnant women - it made my pregnancy soo smooth, pain-free and enjoyable. And surely it is educating! I did yoga and meditated with your videos every day after the first trimester onwards and I am so grateful to you for this amazing experience! I gave birth a couple of weeks ago and looking forward to doing postpartum yoga and exercises with you!
15 weeks and I feel so relaxed after this yoga, thank you so much Jessica, appreciate the huge effort you put in this amazing chnnel.
That was wonderful! I discovered the benefits of yoga a few years ago but had stopped practicing for quite a while. I’m now 16wks pregnant and getting aches so I knew I had to get back to it. Thank you! I truly needed this! I feel so much better already :)
Thank you for a very relaxing session. I had miscarriages before, so too afraid to do any kind of exercise, but I did this today, and i am feeling much better.
19 weeks along with baby number 2. I'm don't do yoga regularly so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. To my surprise I made it through the entire session and loved it! The duration of the stretches are fantastic, and it felt so good to stretch out.
In my early second trimester I needed to practice, after this video I feel invigorated and full of energy. Thank you
I'm 22 weeks and it felt relaxing. Thank you Jessica
So happy you enjoyed it! Congratulations on your pregnancy 💕
I am 23 weeks pregnant and I’ve used this practice last Sunday as well! Thank you for this practice
I was out of breath at the beginning but I kept going ! This has relaxed me so much, I will be doing this again !
Hi Natty, happy it was relaxing in the end :) Thanks for taking the time to let me know. I’m planning another second trimester one soon
Thank you I’m 15 weeks & did this today for the first time and my body feels great, I’ll continue:)
Hi Belle! Congratulations! So happy it helped your body feel great :) Thanks for taking the time to let me know 🥰
SAMEEE ✨
Recovering from a virus and I've been extra achy; this was perfect for me! I'm 23 weeks. Thank you!
Thank you so much!! I just got into the second trimester but I love this video! It’s relaxing, great deep stretches and it makes me feel connected to my baby 🥰
Hi Jessica, I'm 24 weeks pregnant and seem to always have a good day if I start off with this yoga session! Thank you ❤️
I don’t normally comment on videos, but I’m 21 weeks pregnant and this video is my favorite when I wanna get a good stretch. Thank you for being such a soothing voice everyday during this crazy pandemic ❤️
I’m so happy it’s helping especially during this time. I hope you are staying healthy and safe. Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know... a much needed boost for me too during this time 🙏💞
I'm 16 weeks with baby #2 and unlike baby #1 where I worked out throughout most all of the pregnancy, up until this point I've been too sick and exhausted to do even a morning flow. I was super nervous getting back on the mat for the first time in 3 months, but this was perfect! Thank you o much!!! I'm so much more confident to get back to my normal yoga routines now.
I just found you for the first time and I loved it! I will continue watching your videos! Thank you so much! I’m on week 17 🤰🏻
I’m almost 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I decided to start looking into prenatal yoga because I’ve been having a rough time with hip and lower back pain already! Also because I’ve heard that it is healthy and good for both mama and baby. I loved doing regular yoga before I got pregnant, so I just knew I was going to love this! I’m not sure how often to do prenatal yoga, but I’m gonna start out slow and ease into it! So far baby has been extremely healthy and active! So thankful!
What's your esult now. I was same as you but now i'm gaining weight in lower body part and have same pain as your's and im in 17 weeks ! need your guidance. Thanks
@@jasmine-ms1ue my hip pain has become more manageable and less intense! I also bought a belly band to help with support as well as doing regular yoga exercises and just being mindful of my body!
15 weeks and felt like I needed this yoga session for me and my baby :D Thank you!😍😍
This is so great for someone like me who may not be super athletic but wants to exercise for baby! 15 weeks and my second time doing this session and can do so much more this time than my first time!
I'm 20weeks pregnant and I love your vids...
I do not like going to the gym and have been feeling lazy, you are making this journey so much fun & easy.
Muscle aches have been frustrating but you are a darling❤
Really enjoyed this - was just what I needed as, despite practising yoga most days, I've started to feel really achey in areas I wouldn't normally. I'm 23 weeks with my second and my back, hips and legs have started to suffer and this flow felt really good. I discovered you a couple of weeks ago, Jessica, and you're now my go-to for stretches and workouts, will definitely be doing your postnatal workouts after baby is born too!
I had stopped most yoga activities since I got pregnant, just now I followed through the video finally, gave it a try once. I’m 26 weeks pregnant, felt good, even can do pigeon which I thought it may involve too must twisting but actually not that bad. I had been to snorkelling/freediving when I was 22 weeks, and did some squats with elastic bands plus cross trainer cardio at gym. But not really yoga. I did a lot of sports and hiking and aerial spin even before I got pregnant. Glad to be back to the yoga world.
15 weeks pregnant, I just did my first prenatal yoga class this mama is very proud. I really enjoyed this.
I'm in 26 weeks and I do your yoga videos in the morning and evening. I never felt more energetic and calm during my whole pregnancy. Your videos really made me feel good but still challenging. thank you for doing such an amazing job!!
Hey, Can we continue this same exercise for rest of the month?
I loved this. I'm experiencing prolapse cervix while in my 3rd pregnancy. Light pelvic exercises was recommended which led me of course to pregnancy yoga. I've been timid to do a session but this .. this was great. Love you for this. 🥰😘
I m 17 weeks pregnant and did this exercise today. It was really nice and my mind is feeling good and body too. U explained really well. I vl continue doing it. 💝
Thcank you SO much for this! I'm 19 weeks and have been so achy, and tonight I fell asleep on the couch and had to limp walking because my hips and lower back were hurting SO much. My lower back and sciatic nerve were still hurting after this exercise but the intensity has gone down considerably! I think I'm going to see if I can go back to my chiropractor that I haven't seen in almost a year. Thank you again so much for this, and I'll continue watching your videos and doing these yoga poses!
I've never done yoga before I did today for the first time following the instructions from your video it was very helpful I'm on my second trimester is also my first pregnancy I'm trying to be health for me and the baby. Really appreciate this class thank you.
Hi Tircia, So happy you enjoyed it! My classes tend to be on the more challenging side so you did amazing! Hope you are feeling great in your pregnancy!
I'm 26+4 and done this for the first time today. I absolutely love it and it really stretched my achy body and made me feel so calm which is needed with all this covid madness going on! Thankyou so much I'll be continuing this #staysafe
sajurnad Hi 👋 Congratulations on your pregnancy! Yes, it is madness isn’t it. I could have never imagined how crazy it has gotten. I’m happy it helped your body aches and with calmness :) Stay safe and healthy 💕
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV aww thankyou so much and the same to you hunny 😘 xx

Fellow RDN here! I've been following your videos since the beginning of my pregnancy; 26 weeks now. Having lots of aches and pains in my hips so I love all the yoga videos, I always feel better afterwards.
Thanks so much, Courtney! Happy it’s helping! Always nice to connect to another dietitian 💞
22 weeks here ❤ loved the surprise affirmation half way through: at first I was like 'am I?!?!?' and with more breath I shifted to 'I am'. Very powerful. Thank you, will definitely check out more of your pregnancy videos
5 months 🤰🏽currently. Just starting to get into prenatal yoga. This was good. I’ll be back for sure. Also, subscribing!
This really works!!!! Im 21w pregnant, my back, esp. lower back has been aching for over a week now, I did this today for the first time and it felt GREAT! Will keep doing this every day. Thank you!!
Hi Lenka! Congratulations on your pregnancy! It's always nice to pass the half-way mark! Happy it was able to help your back pain. Thanks for taking the time to comment :)
Just completed this practice today in my 26th week of pregnancy. Thanks for all these great uploads-- I'm looking forward to my practice with you tomorrow. So relaxing, my body is thanking me.
Congratulations Hannah! Thanks so much :)
FTM 16.5w I finally am not overwhelmed by morning sickness, and this was my first yoga prenatal session. It was great! Thank you!! But I was not prepared to have a Mr. Roger's quote make me cry at the end 😅 very sweet. Thanks again!
M in my 6th month and i really needed this....Thank you so much...Some were really relaxing and the others were lil difficult to do...since my tummy is become big .
Thanks a lot for the video, i am 14 weeks pregnant and have been doing this exercise for 1 week, i feel so great👍🏻🙂
First baby at 15 weeks! I used to do yoga on and off but haven't exercised at all since being pregnant. Ready to feel good again!
I’m so grateful to find your video it’s so helpful I’m 14 weeks pregnant
Thanks I’ll do it daily
I really loved how slooow the flow was, and how we stayed in a posture for longer than some other videos I've watched. This felt really grounding for the mind, and even though there was resistance and a want to move, the stillness was much appreciated. 🙏
Thank you so much for your feedback, Kimberly! congratulations on your pregnancy 💞 I hope you are feeling well!
Yes! I love the pace too... I don’t feel like I have to catch up with the positions, I could figure out how to do the harder ones.
Thank you for this video! The pace is just right for me and my 18 weeks belly. Really helps me to stay fit during self quarantine!
So happy you it was a good fit for you and congratulations on your pregnancy... almost half way!
Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and my hip hurts. Found your video and try for the first time. My hips feels more relaxed and not hurt. Thank you.
I'm at 20 weeks and I just found this video. So proud of myself, among all those steps I was able to do @21:32 😆
Thank you Jessica .22 weeks and I feel so rejuvenated 😍😍
These exercises have made a big difference in how I feel physically and emotionally. Thank you
This was a great 20 min session to ease me back into Yoga. I haven’t done any for ten weeks due to sickness but feel much better to carry on now at almost 17 weeks pregnant. Had to temporarily give up my regular class as my teacher isn’t trained to teach me whilst pregnant. I felt it safer to step away from that class for now. After 10 weeks of of no yoga my muscles have certainly gone to sleep but this has definitely woken them up. Thank you 💕
So glad! Congratulations on your pregnancy 💞
This was so helpful and reduced by round ligament pain. thank you so much just what I needed at 22 wks and isolated. :)
Hi Ashley! So happy it was helpful and congratulations on you pregnancy!
Thank you so much for posting this. Just what I needed!

So easy and relaxing, feel really good after this. Thank you so much :)
Congratulations Lydia! So happy it made you feel good :) 💞
I started this yesterday, I slept so peacefully without the aches in my lower back and hips. I will keep on doing them.
Thank you! It was the first yoga I've done for the last 6 months or so (i'm 17 weeks now) and it felt so good! I even cried. And the music is great (It is "Enchanted Lands" by The David Roy Collective if anyone wonders)
I do this most nights before bed, so relaxing and makes my body feel great. Thank you 🙏🏾
I loved this video! These poses felt so good. I needed this! Thank you!
I absolutely love this workout to begin my mornings, thank you so much Jessica for putting this video together! 💕 😊
