    I'm 34 weeks pregnant & my dad said to me the other day I'm doing really well. He was surprised that at this stage of my pregnancy I'm moving around & have no complaints. I told him it was because I've been doing your videos since I found out I was pregnant. So thank you sooo much for helping making my 1st pregnancy a wonderful time. I truly believe staying active has had a huge impact on how I feel 😊❤️

    It's March 1st in Japan and I'm doing this workout at 31 weeks pregnant. Lately I've been feeling so tired, but I decided to do the workout. I'm so glad I did. Thank you for the awesome workout!

    I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been listening to my body and resting from being sick all day every day during this first trimester. Today is the first day in 6 weeks I have been able to do a workout, and this was the perfect challenge for me. Thank you for your great, encouraging content. The pregnancy quotes of the day are a game changer for me during the workout and mentally aided me to finish the workout. Mahalo from Hawaii!

    I’m almost 2 years PP and I’m still doing some of your pregnancy workouts! This is one of my favorites! I love the all standing HIIT and Tabata workouts!

    Thank you, I loved this workout at 32 weeks! This is the style of workout I prefer since my pregnancy-they're fun and appear 'easy' enough to get me started, while in fact, NOT being easy :D. I've browsed a lot of pregnancy workouts and always come back to your channel. You're the best!

    It's March 12th and I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first! My husband and I are very excited but I've never felt so sleepy in my life, and that's coming from someone that has suffered with insomnia for 20+ years. I stopped exercising soon after I found out I was pregnant (sleepiness played a part in it). I'm sure I just need to get back into a safe workout routine again! These look lovely and I'm sure I'll enjoy them 😊❤

    I started doing your workouts around 10 weeks pregnant. I was so exhausted and nauseated, but your workouts were the only thing that made me feel better! I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and I hate missing a day of your workouts because I enjoy them so much:)

    Amazing work out..thank you. I feel more energetic and flexible doing this like 3 or 4 times a week. I'm praying for a successful normal birth towards end of May. God help me

    Thank you! I am 39 weeks today and taking walks doesn't feel very comfortable, but this felt so good the entire time! To pregnant persons of all fitness levels this class is wonderful and not intimidating. I always feel like with your workouts that my body and baby get a warm hug. Every movement feels just right.     Im 15 weeks pregnant now. I started your workout from 6 th week when i got to know that iam pregnant. Everyday i do it. N iam able to maintain my blood pressure and sugar level. I also follow low carb diet. N i feel very good nowadays.

    After a 16h flights being 27 weeks pregnant, a cold and jet lag… I did this instead of going to the gym and let me tell you it is awesome! I used a 20 pound weighted ball and some ankle weights to make it a little harder but I am a very fit person! Loved it and will be repeating 😊😊😊

    Amazing!! I've been doing pregnancy workouts but any of them are so dynamic as yours. I loved that! Finally I feel like I'm actually working out and sweating in just 20 minutes! I know pregnancy is a delicate moment in a woman's life and workout without knowledge can be risky... but as soon as my baby is healthy and I feel good to be more dynamic, why not?     I often feel so energized after a workout and at 36 weeks that is a change from feeling tired and sore most day 😂 love doing these, they break up my week and keep me and my baby healthy ❤

    Great workout! I am 40+2 and staying active currently helps with my braxton hicks. Thank you for guiding me throughout my whole pregnancy, there hasn´t been a week I wouldn´t do any of your workouts or listen to your tips. Also thanks to you I feel great, strong and ready for the big day. Looking forward to continue post-partum, hope there´s gonna be time! :D

    I love these total body standing workouts that include weights! I do several of your pregnancy workouts while babywearing for extra weight. I modify only a couple of moves as needed. Thank you so much for making safe workouts for pregnancy and postpartum!

    Thank you so much, I have the courage to start doing exercises again at week 13 today thanks to your video, I feel more energetic and flexible, I’m not confident yet with exercises involving lying on my back or being on four, so walking/ standing workout like this helps a lot.

    I am 32 weeks pregnant. First trimester I was so sick I couldn't workout at all. Second trimester I found your videos and have been working out every 2 days ever since. I slowed down when I was 30 weeks to every 4 days but I have been doing your shorter or stretch videos in between.
    I feel heavy but was still able to fallow along (taking a 10 minutes water break to care for my 3 year old 🤣).
    Thank you for those. I would love more stretching videos, espacially for the lower back for those days I can't workout.

    35+3 today and I am doing this workout already since 2 weeks and its absolutely the one i love the most from your Workouts. At this point of pregnancy its also very confy that its not as long as the other walking Workouts. So absolutely perfect and i always have so much fun, especially with the first song

    Im doing this workout since im 26 weeks pregnant! and its so exhausted feeling.. But i feel so strong enough and i feel so comfortably, tired but i guess good for me to loosing my weight and then for fast delivery😊

      Thank you and congratulations on your pregnancy! It depends on the brand. The company should say it it’s safe for pregnancy on their website. I tend to recommend a healthy snack with unrefined carb + protein + fruit/veg for recovery (rather than a supplement) though 💞 Although there are some pregnancy-safe drinks
