Hi Michelle! This was a very informative, helpful video and made me watch other videos of this kind on your channel. Thank you very much for the effort you must have put in them! I've been training for a while with CG (I did most of her programs) but found myself plateauing and craving something different. I also came to the conclusion that this kind of intensity isn't sustainable for me: I'm often wiped out mentally and physically after her workouts. After months of deliberating, I finally bought "Home. Reload" in the recent sale (RIP one of the best channels on YT 😢). I'd wish to do "MOVE. Reload" but I can't afford a gym membership at the moment, so I figured that in the worst case scenario, "Home. Reload" would be helpful whenever I travel. I've been loving it so far. I feared that it would be too easy, but I wouldn't say so. It's just very different! I love how I have time to focus on the form and target the right muscles. I love how I'm tired, but not wiped out, so I can do other things and look forward to the next workout day. I'm a bit worried about how this switch will influence my endurance (during CG's workouts, the heart is always pumping like the world is ending), but seeing how many skills you've picked up with Natache, how heavy you can lift, and still run on top of it all, I'm feeling so much better and excited! (Thank you!) Frankly, I'm unreasonably hyped to invest into "Build. Reload" and "Move. Reload" right away, gym or not 🙃 How do you feel about Natache's workouts compared to Caroline's, beyond liking them both? :) Did you feel like it was a trade off of some kind for you? How are you coping with Natache quitting YT? Sorry if this was too much detail, I hope this doesn't overburden you. All the best, Natalia
Hi Natalia! I’m so glad you found it helpful, and thank you so much for your kind words! 💖 I understand completely! Sometimes, switching things up a bit keeps it interesting and helps us keep making progress :) I recently started a CG workout program, and I get you! Her workouts are quite intense! I completed “HOME. Reload” a while ago and really enjoyed it! I’m glad to hear you’re loving it too 🥰 And yes! One of the things I love about Natacha’s training guides is that you can go at your own pace, which really helps with getting your form right. Regarding your concern about endurance, I have to admit I noticed a bit of a dip in mine. But it wasn’t until I started back with CG this week that I realized it, but it’s nothing too bad. And I'm so glad that I was able to help you feel reassured about switching up your training style 🤍 As for how I feel about Natacha and Caroline. Natacha tends to focus more on gaining strength and learning new skills, she suggests longer rest periods for lifting heavier and performing at your best. Caroline, on the other hand, emphasizes strength and endurance. CG, in my opinion, leans more towards cardio and conditioning. And honestly, I never felt like it was a trade off, I personally like to switch things up every once in a while. And I like to train with both of them to try and get better at both of their styles of training. I see them more as a complement to each other, I hope that makes sense 😅 And about Natacha leaving YT. Honestly, I felt gutted. She's one of my favorite content creators, so it’s really sad to see her go :( I wish her all the best, and I’ll continue using her training guides as there are a lot that I would like to try 💕 And don’t worry about it! I really enjoyed reading your comment 🫶🏻
