The feeling you get after finishing the harder workouts is truly AMAZING!🙏🏻 I did, however, pause after each exercise in practically every cardio set😅 EXCEPT for pop squats, which I love❤ Oh and my result today is a killer: 327 active calories and 400 total!💪🏻

Ah dang. Why did I save this one for the afternoon. I struggled mutely and I think I said, "that's just CRUEL!" about 4 times HAHAHA. Get your head and your energy right before this one people it's a GREAT body BURN!

That was incredibly gruelling today. I made it through and was glad to be encouraged to do knee push ups in the last couple of sets after seeing you, Heather. Love knowing that you are sincerely there sweating with us.
I knew I was being mentally tested when I started involuntarily voicing mental mantras on repeat. "Heather loves me. She wants me to be healthy and strong. I can do this"...and then the fake smile to raise endorphins through the pop squats 😂😂😂 well done, everyone!!
