  • It's time for a killer CARDIO & CORE Workout! Straight sets today so we are performing each exercise three times in a row before moving on to the next. It's going to be a serious burn today and I think you're going to love it. This no equipment workout uses just your bodyweight so push your intensity levels and really challenge yourself today team.     Heather, Heather, Heather! OMG - I have been working out consistently (6-7 days a week) and as fit and toned as I am at the young age of 64 years young this workout brought it for me! woowee! 🔥🔥🔥! Thank you for keeping it SPICY. I've enjoyed every bit of this 12-week challenge. You are the REAL deal my friend!👏👏👏💪💪💪

    whoa - when Heather calls it "killer cardio" you know it is going to be spicier than usual. I didn't "love it" like you promised Heather, but I definitely appreciated it for the ass kicking it was. Glad to see you on your knees too for those last pushups. LOVE YOU

    The feeling you get after finishing the harder workouts is truly AMAZING!🙏🏻 I did, however, pause after each exercise in practically every cardio set😅 EXCEPT for pop squats, which I love❤ Oh and my result today is a killer: 327 active calories and 400 total!💪🏻

    Ah dang. Why did I save this one for the afternoon. I struggled mutely and I think I said, "that's just CRUEL!" about 4 times HAHAHA. Get your head and your energy right before this one people it's a GREAT body BURN!

    Brutal! I'll admit that I struggle with cardio being an asthmatic and 61 years old, but thanks to your modifications, I was able to keep up!

    Ooosshh really had to push myself today for this one…kept saying in my head “come on, just 40 more seconds of this one”! Had to do some of the modifications today but got it done!

    That was incredibly gruelling today. I made it through and was glad to be encouraged to do knee push ups in the last couple of sets after seeing you, Heather. Love knowing that you are sincerely there sweating with us.
    I knew I was being mentally tested when I started involuntarily voicing mental mantras on repeat. "Heather loves me. She wants me to be healthy and strong. I can do this"...and then the fake smile to raise endorphins through the pop squats 😂😂😂 well done, everyone!!
