    Oh man. The selfish one hit home. My mom’s favourite words to use were and still are “You’re so selfish”. I feel guilty doing anything for myself. Even on weekends, I’m never really ever at rest mentally and emotionally because I can never do anything for myself without the mental and emotional conflict. So the result is, I’m always fatigued. Every single video has been spot on. Thank you

      Ugh so many labels put on perfectly normal kids! You are allowed to be thoughtful just as you are allowed to be selfish! That’s your right as a normal healthy person! We all need to be selfish at times. She just didn’t want you to have something - it was all about her.

    Thank you. I keep saying “I know what’s happened to me, I just need to know how to heal”. However, it’s audacious to think I “know what has happened to me”. watching these videos drives that point home. I appreciate these videos. Thank you.
