Join me for a short and sweet yoga practice to increase blood flow to your psoas region, increase flexibility, and help release stuck emotions.
This flow focuses on deep stretches and gentle movement. Some of the poses are challenging (for me too!) so feel free to modify any pose so that you are comfortable. None of these poses should cause pain.

I love the movements but pausing longer in each pose would really help sit in the stretch to help release the emotions

Great pace for a flow video. Orientated towards something that plagues a lot of people. Would love to see slow version with the same target area.

I felt the same way. It’s super fast too fast for me to release first thing in the am, maybe if it was the end of the end it might have been more relaxing
I downloaded this one, and it is perfect at .75x speed. Too fast for me too currently. Someday.

Yoga is not supposed to be fast like this. My teacher is slow and tells me how to breathe too

This was kind of fast but it was still awesome!
I like the routine, but it’s a little weight for a deep stretch. Also, in a deep stretch, you normally hold the positions for a little longer.

Great sequence but as others have said, it was a bit fast, and would be great to have options for Frog Pose which is so tough on some bodies
