@@ErikaLungu-s4t Te recomiendo hacer ejercicio después de que hayas comido y esperar 30 minutos o 1 hora a que se baje la comida para empezar con la rutina, porque no es bueno hacer ejercicio con el estómago vacío, sobretodo si es ejercicio intenso

@@kpoptalks2018 I did these exercises for 2 months, other videos - abs Kazuha, Hanni, Pilates Wonyoung, IVE training the results are visible the first month I did 3-2 times a day and the other month 2 times a day in the morning and evening.

Update : guyyys please do it if you want more flexibility, i'ts been two weeks I think and my legs are sooo much flexible than day 1, even my right leg have improve (didn't know it was possible bc of how horrible it was haha)

I love following along your morning and nightly excersizes, but i struggle trying to do 'the side abs&back stretch' and the 'calf stretch since my upper body is very inferior to length compaired to my lower body and i struggle to reach my toes on the side abs stretch, i ussually have to bend my body more which hurts alot, and for the calf stretch i struggle to get my feet flat on the ground, can someone help me with this?

相談なんですけど、今脂肪を減らしたくて筋トレとか有酸素とか頑張ってるですけど全身に脂肪が多くて、体重も増えて(筋トレで筋肉量が増えただけだとは思いますが)どうしたら脂肪なくなりますかね?😭ひなたさんのような綺麗な11字腹筋が欲しいです!!!ちなみにひなたさんの動画の筋トレやストレッチはほぼ全部やっており筋トレやストレッチを始めてからは半年ほどたっております!お昼はこれからお弁当ですが以前までは給食でした!骨格ストレートです!
あと!食事なんですけど、朝は学校のある日はオイコスやイーセイスキル、パルテノのローテーション+バナナかリンゴで休みの日はひなたが紹介してるオートミールレシピです!ちなみこのストレッチも休みの日やってます!おやつはヘルシーなものを作って食べる時もあれば普通に市販のものを食べたり作ったりしてる時もありますw(おやつ作るのが趣味なんです!)ご飯は私が作る時もあれば親が作ったりしてる時もあるので食事をヘルシーに変えるのは難しいんです😭通学が前はチャリだったんですけど今年から電車+歩きです!体重は158cmで筋トレ前は48kgでしたが筋トレするようになったら58kgになりました、、。見た目はあまり変わってないですけど少しお腹が出た気もします😭長文すみませんm(_ _)m

もし今宅トレのみだったら、ジムトレで負荷、筋肉量を上げる事で脂肪燃焼しやすい体作りをしつつ、有酸素と掛け合わせるのがオススメです✊
ただ今でも十分に頑張っていると思うので、市販のお菓子やジュースは買わないようにして、自転車や歩く時間を増やしてみる所からスタートしてみてください😊

生理1~3日目くらいまでは筋トレは一切せず、食事も好きなものを食べています😊
