A stunning shot - no doubt about that. Creating this at a real wedding would require rain (obviously), and a couple willing to partake in such creative endeavours. Oh, and I've never though of an AD200 as a speedlight, for me it's a portable strobe.
I do this regularly at real weddings - my couples actually hope they get rain. If you show these shots you will attract couples that want these shots 😊

One question: how do you focus on the subjects without turning the flash on? Because with a high shutter speed the image is underexposed and with f3.5 or f 4 we have blur in the image. How can you focus while the cam screen shows only darkness and barely subjects?

The group photo at 1:51 how did u equally light everyone?
It is a multi shot composite- it is one of the techniques I teach at my workshop

Yes of course, you can change the colour of the rim light that way

Great question, I turn the EVF off for off camera flash shots, that makes a huge difference ☺️
