Yes! It’s not a complicated formula and my lifestyle is almost exactly the same. The hardest part is the commitment and consistency to follow a healthy routine which is where many people struggle.
Its much easier when you are simply maintaining. She has always been fit and has never fallen off the wagon. She has never gone through pregnancy, either, which can change things for some women.

Bottom line is anyone can achieve this using every day products by doing a commited regiment. It costs NOTHING to workout. Look up any kind of workout you want on UA-cam and theres your personal trainer. FREE. I want to see how any of you look at her age. Leave her alone shes an AMAZING person.
