I cook all my meals at home and rarely eat out. I use beef tallow and castor oil on my skin especially at night and I go to bed by 8pm no matter what.

Glad to see someone confirming what I’ve been thinking and trying to tell people! Some people look at me funny when I tell them that some healthy vegetables don’t sit with me well and give me gas! They assume that because it’s a vegetable it must be healthy but eating too much animal protein (which I thrive mentally and physically with) that it must be unhealthy 🙄 very frustrating!
I turned 50 this year. I eat healthy along with exercise. People tells me I look like I’m in my late 30’s. I have never been over weight nor have any health issues. I don’t do sugar nor fizzy or fructose drinks. I don’t eat processed food either. It’s all about eating good, exercise and taking care of your body inside and out. I stand by it 💯 percent.

When you are in your late 20's to early 30's you won't feel or see much difference but when you reach late 30's that's when you start noticing something different with your physical appearance. Like many of us will say, age is just a number... I believe in it too most days but as you see your face start sagging you'll miss your youthful glow too, your energy and the things you're able to do when you were younger. Whether we want it or not, humans are visual. It's hard to fight aging, so if somebody will say you look (naturally)younger than your age.. I think it's a compliment... because it means that you took care of yourself and it includes a lot of discipline for how many years. It's the effort and the choices you made for yourself that helps to slowly progress aging that is commendable behind those compliments. I'm almost 40 now and gracefully accepting reality. What I am proud of today is when I look back in my life is that I have no regrets. I did not abuse myself with alcohols or other vices when I was younger. I took my time to everything and I believe that I live a meaningful life and that's making me grateful now that I am older.
