    Sairam Geetha I have made few items from your cooking, Avial, tomato bath, sambar. Vegetable Sagu. 3 in one. Everyone came so perfect. Next week food is prepared. Tomarrow I am making puries for sagu. For breakfast. Sairam.

      Yes you can use Beans, raw banana , Ash gourd, pumpkin, yam,Colocasia, Broad beans, Cluster beans

    Hello mam.. Vry tempting recipe.. Ll give try for sure.. Just a quiry.. Can I use decicated coconut and parachute coconut oil instead of fresh coconut and coconut oil.. Ll it give me tha same taste??

      Parachute coconut oil is fine. Desiccated coconut may not give the same taste. Try coconut milk if available

    Kottayam side our Avial is dry.This looks good too. We don't do tadka also.Just fresh coconut oil on top.Will try this.If I may ask...Geeta...where are you from?

    We generally add the hard vegetables like yam, drum stick, banana, potato etc first followed by the softer vegetables like white pumpkin, beans etc. So that harder vegetables cook well
