Superb recipe sir. For adai in thanjavur style we used to make five holes in the adai and pour oil in that. Becomes very crispy. And my grandmom and all never used a laddle but she used to take the adai maavu in hand and will spread it on the tava. So we call it as adai thattaradhu nu she used to say.
