Ya know love him or hate em. A lot of people I find give ‘em a lot of flak.
But you can’t deny the success that he has worked for and the passion he has to give back to his friends and everyone around him.

I think rogan knows exactly what works to make it the best designed club . If u see it built or a Certain size it’s for a reason so shhhhhh and watch magic happen in that club.
In order to have a successful comedy club you'll need more than just the "locals" patronizing it. That's if you want it to be a successful business, in order for that to happen you'll need an international and diverse traveling clientele , I doubt Austin (Middle of the fu*%n country btw) will be able to supply that albeit except for when they have festivals and whatnot. But hey they got money to burn I guess, my question is for how long?

I think it's a joke on the theory of aliens beginning to appear AFTER the bombs were dropped because of the new elements that were created that day
Just a quick fact to those who might not know..and are intrigued by how awesome the layout of the place turned out. The building itself used to be a movie theater before the pandemic. It was one of the few Alamo Draft House locations in Austin called The Ritz.. where also drink and food services were offered to the moviegoers.
I do kind of miss this ADH location- as it was one of my favorites growing up- but am nonetheless excited to see it up and running again as Comedy Mothership. Mr. Rogan is doing great things.

I was walking through Austin last week and noticed all the comedy clubs that appeared outta nowhere since the last time I lived there. Had no idea this was Joe Rogan's club. I'm about to check it out next month.

I think the big thing is the location - 6th street is a super popular/high traffic area in Austin. 6th Street is definitely not known for comedy, but the club will definitely get a lot of attention being there

In Texas, under code 30.06, if an establishment derives more than 51% of its earnings from alcohol sales, concealed (and open) carry of firearms is prohibited. (The Owner can prohibit firearms at any time as well)...
Also, they do metal detector/pat-downs at the door... that is what they call a, "Clue"... perhaps you may get one now... ;)

I think it's just because of the opening. Usually tickets are $40, which is kinda standard for some comedy shows. I got SUPER lucky where I got a free ticket

As a graphic designer the colours of the logo branding sign is wrong the colour balance is off the lime green colours pull your eye away from the white font, its distracting from the name, it's a mess im telling you know they will need to re brand

It's only the most famous comedy club on earth (even before grand opening, power of the internet). Rogan is one of the most controversial figures in America (even though he doesn't really do anything controversial. Piss off woksters) so security measures are extremely needed. And the price is cheap for the talent that is performing. And no heckling because again, people out there would come just to heckle, because of who the owner is.
Sad that it had to be one of the coolest movie theaters in the country that this place replaced (I think)

He’s my favorite person and type of people and friends and it just really bums me out to think if I wanted to be part of it I’d have to pay an arm and a leg and risk travel danger, or move my whole life
