      Peanuts are legumes so no, this is why I opt for using almond or coconut butter 🙂

    Thanks. I never eat breakfast but can use it for other times of the day. I LOVE Chia seeds too.

    Waw! These recipes are loaded with good stuff! I have been skipping breakfast/ intermittent fasting for months but breakfast is my favorite meal and sometimes I allow myself to indulge on weekends.

      You can divide it if you want! Depends how hungry you are/your bodies needs. Also depends on exercise level etc. Also keep in mind its almond milk and like flax and chia so its nutrient dense volume. Kind of like how salad is large and nutrient dense. Hopefully that makes sense? lol

    These all look so good! I already have some salsa I made so this is a perfect chance to use it. And that porridge and bagel look really yummy too.
