You can divide it if you want! Depends how hungry you are/your bodies needs. Also depends on exercise level etc. Also keep in mind its almond milk and like flax and chia so its nutrient dense volume. Kind of like how salad is large and nutrient dense. Hopefully that makes sense? lol

I’ve been looking to increase my fiber intake so that porridge bowl looks perfect and I’m stoked that I actually have all the ingredients! thank you so much for sharing! 👍🏻😋
