I follow all of your instructions and was able to do it just like you did. I know nothing about knitting or sewing and had to re-sew twice lol but I got it done! Thank you so much and im really glad I found your channel!
So happy I found this tutorial! I just received the Addi for Christmas and this is one of the first things I tried. Awesome tutorial, very easy to follow.
Knitting on the machine has been very overwhelming for me . Your tutorial, however, made so much sense to me, and it felt like a breath of fresh air ❤.Thank you for taking the time to make this . I can see it being helpful for the generations to come!
Absolutely Amazing! One year later this video still resonates! I just got my Addi express in October 2024 for charity knitting in November 2024. It’s now December 2024 and I’m looking to make Christmas gifts! I followed your video and it came out perfectly! I used two different colors (48 rows each). Thank you so much!!
I love this! Thank you for showing us. I love your videos because you take your time and you put the camera up to the piece. Thank you for doing these slowly. Your amazing!
Thank you for sharing this video !!!! My daughter got a kids knitting machine and didn’t come with a booklet of starter projects unfortunately. So I’m searching on designs she can do ! And this looks simple for a beginner ! I’m probably going to have to play around with the tensions and the “loop” setting on hers . Can’t wait to show her 😊
Love the video! Thank you so much! It was so helpful! I used a Sentro 48 pin. I’m not sure if my counter was off or what was going on but the 95 rows was too long. I also have a small head!🤣 So I only did 70 rows. It is a little small but works for me. Might try making one a little bigger. Thanks again for the tutorial!
❤ this video. I used my Addi machine and it worked great! I missed a few stitches when binding ends but I caught it and worked them in. Thanks for sharing!!
Love the knitted headband made on ur Knitting machine! Im a crocheter & I don’t have the knitting machine but it’s on my Christmas wish list! 😂🧶 Thank you for this video….very informative!!
Hello, im some what new to your cannel. Thank you for this tutorial. I think i'm going to try and make some of these head bands. Thank you for a great easy to fallow tutorial. 😊 hello from Colorado Springs Co.
I know nothing about knitting but recently got an addi and will try this for sure!! Can you do a beret hat on it? Thank you so much! I subscribed to your channel
I cut the row in half go 47 rounds and a half then start your color change it always works out well for me. Just at the end of your project go to the yarn ends that you have in the in the middle where you change your color. Hold your work down and tug the ends a bit before tie your knots. It helps blend the rows together so you don’t get a missed match row
Can't wait to try! I want to make some for my daughters. They are both toddlers, would this be alright for them if I just shorten the amount of rows? Or maybe I'll just use the mini one I have...with 22 instead of 48 along with shortening them. Great instructions!
Hi could you tell me if the addi is the one to get or the sentro?I love the way your headband came out , I have never used a machine before ,All my work is handmade but I wanted to try something different, You are so smart using the drill , You need a tutorial of how we all can convert the machine! yo are amazing!
I have both. The Sentro is much less expensive. The counter quits quickly. You can buy replacements. There is also an electric adapter instead of the drill , works much better then the drill.
I really never thought about getting on of those knitting machine. But after I see you sue it it, it’s something to think about to get rid of some of my yarn. So I am new at this do you have any suggestion on which one to get since I am a beginner nothing to expensive.
I had a friend use a power tool on my machine and that person broke my machine I was so upset 😡 I had to get a new machine i told them they won't be able my new one

I would like to do half solid and half stripes. What would be the counts on the stripes. Enjoyed your videos
@@godcrochetchatter9234 I do 48 rows for each color! Thank you 😊

If you are wanting to give one a try, I'd go with a Sentro off of Amazon. They are around $50. amzn.to/45QMy6q
Thank you
Sentro 48 how many rows? And also great video thanks for the amazing closure technique!!!!
I do 95 rows and it works great! Thanks!
I can do that. Thank you
After getting the hang of the machine, how long does it take you to make the headband from start to finish?
If I'm using my drill instead of my arm (LOL), I'd say roughly 30 minutes give or take a little
I had a friend use a power tool on my machine and that person broke my machine I was so upset 😡 I had to get a new machine i told them they won't be able my new one
I loveit
