I'm 46 now and look younger than my age. When I was 42, still was asked in England for an id everytime I was buying wine in a supermarket. Here you have to be 25 to buy wine. I don't use any skin care except moisturizer and face wash. In my case I think it is genetics, I do sleep a lot as my soul needs to rejuvenate from time to time. I use frequencies to heal (biofeedabck and bioresonance) You don't need fancy stuff or spend a lot of money on products, you only need to be happy and shine, for when you illuminate you radiate the beauty of your soul. Reduce stress levels, spend time in nature, the sea, and if you need to, you can use frequency healing to repair dna. I heard of someone who in 5 months removed grey hair. I know humans desire to be young and beautiful, but I think more important is to be healthy and happy, for when you are not it does not matter how beautiful you are.

I suffer from anxiety, insomnia and I am generally stressed and right now I am frustrated about stuff in my life! However I look a bit younger than my early 40s because I don't smoke, only drink on occasions (once a month a couple of drinks) and try to eat wholefoods as much as possible to counteract my stressful lifstyle. We can only do what we can. Although I hope I can get through my stress, and a stress free lifestyle would make me look better, I believe the efforts I put in the areas I can control right now really pay. I don't believe in complicated skincare routines, one need to take care of themselves from the inside as much as possible! A stress free and mega happy life isn't always available, but we can always try to do self care and find solace in the small things. To all the stressed people out there feeling bad, you can do it! If you find difficult to reduce the stress, do all the self care you can in other areas, it pays!

@@emmaphilo4049 Maybe you are highly sensitive, but based on what you said could mean that you have a bit of brain inflammation. Anxiety and insomnia are symptons that tell that the glymphatic system is not working properly. If you don't do exercise, I highly recommend it. I also recommend the sea, walking in woods, Qigong or yoga and breath work. I am a highly sensitive person and can get stressed easily, so that works for me. I also use frequency medicine (bioresonance).

I am a retired aesthetician, and everything you put together is excellent. In the SPA where I use to work, we had sugar scrub with very fine sugar. If the sugar is to course the edges of the crystals can be very sharp and can cause micro cuts. What you can do is, just use a coffee grinder and grind it to finer particles. This way you will have a much better exfoliation and will not be sharp. I am making my own lip balm already, and for shore, I will make your facial cream. Love your video! Thank You!

Can I just share here that I have applied all of your advice, and bought the suggested products, and I have to say it made a tremendous difference to my complexion. Perhaps the coconut sunscreen hasn’t agreed with me completely and because it’s very dark and wintery here in England at the moment, I decided not to use it until the sun is out, and instead I apply your homemade cream and oh my God- my skin looks and feels amazing !! It’s literally like made for my conplexion… it’s become visibly brighter, smoother, healthier, and firmer! It’s crazy but others have noticed the difference too! I tried a couple of different combinations of oils both with rosemary and then frankincense, and they are both just fabulous! I am totally in love with this. Also absolutely love the toner, it smells wonderful and feels wonderful on my skin. The egg mask I mixed with rosemary oil and applied to my hair and again, the results were just fabulous!
So I wanted to say a big sincere THANK YOU for sharing this here, it’s life changing information!! I have been meaning to move away from artificial cosmetics for so long but couldn’t find anything that really worked, but this is MAGIC! The homemade cream is so easy to make and such beautiful consistency and it’s just wonderful! I will explore your channel for more good advice and hopefully other homemade recipes for skin, but for now I just wish you the best and may God reward you with blessings for being so kind and sharing it with us. Much love 🫶🏻 ❤

And it’s amazing how versatile it can become, as long as the proportions of butter to oil are followed... just perfect, I really love it, and I as long as I can I won’t go back to using commercial creams. They have nothing on this!
And I am into fermenting as well so will be checking out your other videos and tips. Best wishes and lots of love 🙏🏻

I made some antibiotic ointment after watching another video. It had beeswax in it. It was supposed to have Shea butter but I was just experimenting and it seemed a bit expensive. My mix has beeswax, coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, clove, tea tree, and oregano oil. I was amazed how quickly a small sore on my arm changed and healed. OK I'm male and 72 and not too worried about my face =). but the healing affects really made a difference.

      @dragoncarver287 Рік тому +36

@@elleelle7345 I don't know how much beeswax I used. I just melted some in a double boiler. Gonna guess about 1/4 cup. Same with the olive oil (use quality extra virgin) and coconut oil. About a table spoon of jojoba oil. The tea tree, oregano, and clove oil come in these really small bottles that you have to shake to get drops to come out. Maybe 6 to 10 drops of each. If it seems too hard add some more coconut oil or olive oil. If it's too soft add some more wax. The oils will make it softer, wax will make it harder. Don't be afraid to experiment. Interesting note: I had a sore on my arm that was slow healing. I was just starting and only had beeswax and olive oil mixed as I didn't have the other ingredients. One application of that and I was amazed how much better that sore was. So things will still work even if it's not exact or all there. Cheers and good luck.

Instead of egg for a mask, you can use Greek yogurt it’s a good probiotic too, or use a flaxseed gel mask.
You can add honey or other food grade ingredients to those.
Instead of sugar based scrubs, you can use a rice based, just crush a little rice in a coffee grinder. This is better than sugar for acne or pimple problems, as well as using apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball/pad for a toner. I had a small fungal infection on my right cheek and cured it completely with ACV. Slow, takes a while ti get used to, yet extremely effective. Love it so much that I still use it and my skin has never looked better. I don’t recommend it for injured skin and atopic skin condition.

I just picked my third round of rose hips, thank you so much for all the great information!
I made a big pot of the concentrate, I add it to my water bottle every day.
I dried a bunch and put them whole in jars, and some I whizzed them up and made up tea bags and put them in a jar for quick tea.
I have one comment about the process though... you have to make sure you strain the juice with cheesecloth before drinking it, otherwise you will get "itchy bum" from the hairs that are on the seeds. I almost learned this the hard way, but thankfully my daughter told me about this before I strained the concentrate!

Ty for this video I'm 38 and I do smoke unfortunately but plan to quit soon and I do have a little bit of wrinkles as I've been smoking for years, quit twice and should have continued. I believe in natural ingredients because serums, creams etc can cause more damage to the skin. Again, thank you for sharing. Your a beautiful soul inside and out 💜

love this..thanks for sharing... i have made a lot of skin creams.. i do use beeswax and this helps to keep the cream solid a little better.. but some people may be opposed to using beeswax and that is ok... what i do to liquefy the butters is use a double boiler method.. i simply put the butters in a glass measuring cup and place in a pan of boiling water..that way it liquefies without any risk of burning or getting any chemicals from the pan..

I'm 50 and have no wrinkles (a couple on my forehead) and I'm often told I look like I'm in my early thirties, late twenties. I make homemade rice water just by putting 1/3c rice with 2Cups water and then putting it in a spray bottle in my fridge and every time I open the fridge with my make-up free face. fwiw to anybody I smoked until I was thirty, love junk food, did lots of drugs, never wore sunscreen, and had a pretty rough twenties and thirties just like everyone else, however, I am very spiritual and quote the god meditate often and refuse in my mind to grow old if that makes sense

So on your face cream it works out to be: for every Tablespoon of oil, use a teaspoon of butters. That would surely make scaling this recipe (up or down), very easy!
I personally use Jojoba oil with Neroli essential oil mixed in. This has worked very well for me, but then I am quite a bit older than you. I guess I just need the straight stuff. 😂
Fun fact: Years ago we would use an egg white mask. (Slightly whipped) Also, when my mother went through beauty college, she said their best facial was with just warmed honey. I have used both, but not in a very long time. I may have to start doing that again.
(And fyi… Jojoba is pronounce Hohoba. The J is pronounced like an H. And technically it is a wax and not even an oil. But it sure feels good on my ole skin.)
Enjoyed your video very much. Thanks for sharing.

Your skin is beautiful! Thank you for sharing your wonderful skin recipes and routine! I wanted to share some modification ideas that I’m going to try for people who can’t handle oils on their skin. I’m someone who has normal to oily skin. Overall my skin is free from blemishes EXCEPT if I use anything that contains oil or oil-like ingredients (e.g. even sugarcane squalane that’s supposed to be safe for everyone doesn’t work for me).
    - The egg mask should not be a problem at all and I’m excited to try it
    - I think the sugar scrub could work nicely with a honey base instead of an oil base
    - Oils work well on my body (except upper back) so I could do the olive oil as a body moisturizer
    - I wash my face with warm water and raw unfiltered honey (Manuka if I want to be extra luxurious). I haven’t tried Castile soap on my face, so maybe it would be safe for me, but pure honey on its own does wonders too!
    - I haven’t been using toner, so I’m excited to try that!
    - I haven’t been able to find face sunscreen that checks all my boxes, but I wear mineral powder foundation that helps block the sun, so that’s been my solution. I love your recommendation for non toxic sunscreen, and I may purchase that for the rest of my body. :)
    - Your face cream looks so amazing! I haven’t been able to find a true moisturizer that works for my skin. I just use sebamed gel on my face and then a serum with oil *only* around my eye area. I’m hoping maybe as I age, or as hormones shift, I’ll be able to use some oils on my face.

Supper fine sea salt or baking powder also work well with oil. I use these as they are finer and I feel, gentler than sugar. Love the egg mask.
