This is my first time trying your workouts do you have a video on what to do if you never worked out before and just starting out? My question is should we start off slow or high intensity? What pace should we start so we don’t hurt ourselves ? Or is there a combination of beginner workouts?
Hey AJ, as a beginner I would always say go at your own pace but still try and push yourself each time you do my workouts. After the consistency of you doing my workouts you’ll feel stronger and that will Lead you to doing it faster and doing it at the same pace as me 😆👊🏾

Also, to prevent injury, I would suggest completing a warm up prior to doing the actual exercise.
