I’m 23 and I’ve been working on living a healthier and fit lifestyle. I got the clean healthy eating part down pack and I started seeing results. But I noticed that I needed to tone up my body and workout. I didn’t know where to start then I came across this video at the end of last month. I told myself I would start this challenge August 3rd but when the time came I kept making excuses. And today I finally got out my own way and I started the challenge 😌. My Fupa is almost gone and my booty is starting to float. Finally a workout that works for curvy women that don't wanna loose their curves that was honestly my biggest fear. I Defiantly had to up my protein bc this workout is not for the weak i tell you that but i love it.

I’ve been follow him for a month now and believe me these workout work. I’m more of a runner but when I’m not able to go outdoors, I do my home-workout with him. The Results are real, it’s all in the person and being consistent. That being said this was my best workout, it kicked my butt! I’ll be on it again tomorrow. Also the food you take is really important. I notice I take a lot of sugars which was not helping me at all. If you want a good shape, you need to sacrifice those delicious food that we take because they add weight. 😩
I Have always done gym group fitness....Your videos kept me at home since covid and I now prefer it to the gym. The key to motivate me at home were its short and perfect for me to start and to keep coming back. Then I started doing it multiple times then multiple videos...I am so ready for more. Okay I am starting now !! Day one: okay the work out burned! My glutes and belly were literally on fire but I did it 😅✅ Day two: Like yesterday, my abs and glutes were on fire. I struggled a bit with the mountain run, but I completed it 💃🏾 let’s get it.✅ Day Three: okay today was hard but I’m tryna learn to embrace the burn. Let’s go 💃🏾✅ Day Four: Rest Day ❌ Day Five: completed, included resistance bands for the glutes workouts - it was killer. I think the key is breathing in and out properly, it doesn’t hurt as much.✅ Day 6: Resistance bands really make the different songs.✅ Day 7: My bum is sore 😂✅ Day Eight : ✅ Day Nine: I did it, the warm up always makes me really tired. I’m going to start jogging as-well. Oh, belly feels sore when I laugh. ✅

I’ve been follow him for a month now and believe me these workout work. I’m more of a runner but when I’m not able to go outdoors, I do my home-workout with him. The Results are real, it’s all in the person and being consistent. That being said this was my best workout, it kicked my butt! I’ll be on it again tomorrow. I bumped into Mr. London's work outs 3 days ago. I'm so glad I did! I got the App today and got the yearly plan! Already hit the grocery store for all the food! The shopping list was a bonus for me! It's good that you want to workout, but don't worry about your hourglass body. Very few people have it, and even fewer get it at 14. Don't hurt yourself physically or emotionally. Lots of love

I Have always done gym group fitness....Your videos kept me at home since covid and I now prefer it to the gym. Day Five: completed, included resistance bands for the glutes workouts - it was killer. I think the key is breathing in and out properly, it doesn’t hurt as much.✅
